霍普美洲最佳價值套房飯店(Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Hope)

This was the sorriest place that I’ve ever stayed… the tv stayed on 30 minutes at a time… had to replug it in and hopefully it worked… they had little traps out for bugs I’m guessing… we complained twice about the room, and when we told them that we wanted a refund on the next night cause we were only going to stay for one night… they do not give refunds… I do not recommend this place whatsoever… I tried to call corporate, and those people just hung up on me… I swear, next time we will go somewhere that we know is good even if it costs a little bit more

Check-in guy (owner) poor attitude, poor English, no smile. The owner at check out refused to give a receipt he said it would be EM - It was NOT no hair dryer, no breakfast, no coffee in the room toilet takes about 25 minutes to refill after the flush.

The lobby was a little unwelcoming looking but the staff was nice. The property needs a facelift but it works for an overnight stay. The restroom was worn down and obviously the shower isn’t used much. The white towels in the restroom were yellow. We did not use the showers while we stayed. The location is right off the freeway. There are a few places to eat and gas stations near by. Overall it was pretty much what I expected for the price and location. It worked for the night.

Pretty noisy in the late evening in more than one area of the parking lot. The AC/heating unit did not work. The TV remote had corroded batteries; the attendant fixed it but insisted on entering my room to make sure it worked. The bathtub shower has soap scum on parts of it. Several electric plugs did not work. When I told the clerk in the morning, I was greeted with a shrug.

Looks like they had just renovated some of the rooms at minimum. The room was nice & clean, but you could see where doors and mirrors had not been removed during the paining process. But it was a nice room and the bed was comfortable. The room needed a chair (told the receptionist as I checked out, and they said that was in progress for the rooms). It was an easy off/on to the highway, so worked great for me as a quick night on my drive home from a vacation with some family.

They are doing allot of upgrades to the place. The room I stayed in for 3 nights was great and priced very reasonably. Will definitely stay there again.

Was an ok room for price. Room was clean, though bathtub had a clog. They were accommodating to pets.

We were expecting a pool, but when we got there we were disappointed to see that it was closed. Manager was rude and we were four people, staying two nights and they gave us two towels for all four of us.

This hotel wasn’t my first choice but it was the only place with a room. The staff that checked me in were really friendly and fast. The room was extremely outdated but clean. Can’t beat the price and it looks like they are doing some updates.
