Holiday Inn 曼徹斯特機場(Holiday Inn Manchester Airport)

Over all was a good trip. However I was Overcharged nearly $500 and still waiting for my refund. If using a third party app, be sure to check your bank account!!

I traveled to this hotel on 4- 29-2023. I was very impressed by the service I receive from the two ladies that I saw at the front desk. Doris and Cee, thank you for showing so much love and kindness towards me and my family over the weekend. The hotel was super clean, super quiet, a super safe. Truly we had no regrets. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

Front desk was polite and helpful. Room was clean, but a bit dated, and it didn’t have soap to wash your hands and no hair conditioner available. Breakfast was not automatically included at this location, unlike other Holiday inn express locations. That should be highlighted during the booking process when making a reservation. These minor inconveniences wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again.

We used a free night credit to stay here because we really had a great time for our anniversary the year before. Just after I booked it I realized I was going to be out of town, so called the property to move the reservation out a week. Was told no problem and I was all set. Turns out we were not all set, our reservation was not moved and they took our free night as a no show. It's a shame, because we did enjoy this property in the past, but will never stay there or recommend it again. If you have to move your reservation directly with the property, make sure to get an email confirmation to prove it!!

My room was given away and I was stranded until about 3am when I canceled the room that they bumped to the next day. It was my college graduation, I booked months in advance and had no family/ friends able to attend the ceremony. The supervisor Audra was new and said the system overbooked and had been down the last two days. I called the sister hotel as they suggested and they were booked. I was refunded so I appreciate that but it was very frustrating as everything was booked and planned months in advance.

I have stayed at quite a few Holiday Inn Express hotels and this would be considered a very good hotel. I did think that some areas could have been spruced up a little though. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away in some areas and the coffee table had a chip on it and some scratches on top. Besides that we were very comfortable. I felt that the chambermaids did an excellent job and every morning the same young lady would check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this same location again, if in the area.

We stay here every time we fly it is just a great place and convenient dining next door. We will be back on 4 weeks

The room was comfortable other than there was not a pleasant smell. We asked for them to spray the room and don't know if they actually did. Bought air fresheners and that helped some.

Everyone I met, from the front desk, to the gals that cleaned the rooms. Everyone was super nice. I would stay again, for sure
