Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. HOUSEKEEPING: Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival. The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. LINENS & TOWELS: You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet. LAUNDRY ROOMS: There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. TRASH ROOM: Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit. 3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY: Experience even greater savings! Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
