不知所謂,態度惡劣,影衰我哋香港旅遊業,前台服務員樣衰這是天生的,但後天沒有笑容,而且非常高傲的態度,我真想不到那來的自信,英語水平低,普通話水平又差,衰到一個程度我需要中英對照,請大家一齊抵制這一間酒店,絕對絕對絕對絕對絕對不會再訂這間酒店。
