Perfect for work, family, or fun in 1,100 sq ft of cozy space! All rooms have are equipped with smart TV's! Large back yard with a nice deck and BBQ grill. Full bathroom located in the hallway. This fee must be paid prior to check-in. ✅ Pets must not be left unattended at the property at any time. ✅ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside of the home. ✅ If a pet causes damage or requires additional cleaning, guests will be responsible for the cost of repairs or cleaning, which will vary depending on the extent of the issue. ✅ Bringing an unapproved pet may result in a $150 violation fee.
