Hyatt Regency Baytown Houston

For an above average priced hotel they didn’t offer any complimentary items such as water. We were not told until checkout that there was a pet fee. We also asked for a later check and we’re told there is a $75 an hour charge. Overall the hotel was beautiful but disappointed by the astronomical fees and charges

Everything about my time at the Hyatt was excellent! I booked the morning of my stay and they found me a room with a beautiful view. They did had some unexpected plumbing issues but they notified us about the issue. The repairs were made just as fast. The managers and staff was were all apologetic and asked if they was anything they could to make my stay better but honestly the repairs were made so quickly that it didn't even affect us. The whole experience was just great! I’ll definitely will be returning here!

Had computer issues and the attendant working that night did a great job and did everything she could to get me into my room. Very nice place.

Hotel was extremely clean. The rooms have awesome lighting. Pool area was very good and the patio had games you could play. Perfect for a couples get away.
