Comfortably decorated and super clean, our condo provides all the comforts of home after a busy day at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, sightseeing around Branson, live shows, golf, shopping or dining. Our unit is located on the ground level, approximately 15 stairs down from the parking lot. Being a ground level unit allows easy access to the yard area, playground, pool, tennis court, and the other Resort amenities just right off our back 20ft patio. * FAMILY ROOM: 50in flat screen HDTV Smart TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi throughout, DVD player, Wii, and USB charging port in wall outlet. The Resort offers charcoal grills on property, with one located next to our patio. Please note, the resort’s pool and hot tub closed for the season on September 19, 2023. Our beautiful and spacious condo has a spectacular lake view and is in a quiet-12 condo complex located at Indian Point overlooking Table Rock Lake. Its a short 5 minutes drive to Silver Dollar City, and only 15 minutes from Branson, you have very easy access to world-class shows and entertainment.Indian Point Marina is just around the corner with boat slips, boat and jet ski rentals, boating and fishing supplies as well as casual dining options that include a floating restaurant!
