"Clean, Modern, and Great Value — Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful stay at Suites at Waterside! The contactless check-in process was smooth and easy — we never even needed to interact with anyone in person, which was convenient. The room itself was spotless and newly remodeled; the cleanliness was truly superb. The room design matched our expectations perfectly. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and the vanity is located just outside the bathroom (but still inside the suite), which was actually really helpful when everyone was getting ready at the same time. Noise levels were very low throughout our stay, so we slept great. The view from the room wasn't anything special, but that turned out to be a non-issue — there's a food court right across the street with tons of great food options and a really fun atmosphere. While we didn't see much of the staff in person, communication was excellent, and whenever we did need anything, the team was responsive, friendly, and ready to help. Customer service was genuinely top notch. The value here is amazing — especially considering the Tsunami Falls inflatable waterslide is INCLUDED with your stay! That alone made this feel like an incredible deal. We'll definitely be back!"
