Wooden apartment, built in 1980, renovated in 2023-2024. The living room features a heat-storing fireplace and a long table for eight people. The TV is placed on the wall above the table so it can be used for meetings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room. Wood-heated sauna, one shower in the bathroom. In connection with the bathroom, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Covered terrace where you can enjoy, for example, your morning coffee comfortably. The plot is flat and grassy. A fenced yard where a dog can be kept free under supervision or on a leash. There is also a dining group and gas grill in the yard. There are good terrains for picking berries and mushroom in the forests nearby, as well as terrain for jogging with dogs. Water in tap comes from an own well and it's examined and safe to use as a household water. However, there might be occasionally some taste/smell in the water. Client can bring drinking water along.
