好萊塢沙灘度假村-VRI度假村(Hollywood Sands Resort, a VRI Resort)

Nos gusto mucho la ubicación, además de que la playa es muy linda g tranquila. Lo único es que cuando recibimos la unidad la ducha estaba un poco sucia llena de jabón g algunos utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios. Creo que esto podría darles una mejor experiencia al resto de los visitantes.

We spent a week there in March, it was wonderful. Our Condo opened directly onto the boardwalk and the pool was only 10 steps away from our bedroom. Great spot for people watching and it was only 40 feet to the beach.

We had really good time we are planning to come back in the future nice service good Invirment clean and wonderful people helpful I call the maintenance guy so many time he didn’t take so much time to come and do whatever we need without question,very well maintained resort

Great location. Great view. How you feel about this place depends on what you're looking for. We booked a week here in a 1 bedroom. It's in a great location. Had a good price compared to the Marriott next door. It's right on the broadwalk and beach. Seems like a pretty safe area and there is lots of restaurants/bars/shopping around. Check in was easy. The room was just okay. Small. Worn. I was told it was recently updated but that's a little hard to believe. It has all your basic needs in the kitchen but I definitely ran everything though the dishwasher first since it's expected the previous guests leave everything cleaned. Not sure the comforters are washed between guests. I asked and was told "of course" but I'm not sure about that. The bed was okay. I actually found the Murphy bed more comfortable then the one in the bedroom. The resort itself is pretty old and showing wear. We were there for the tropical depression and the 40 hours of straight, hard rain and high winds (55MPH+) which covered the entire resort and broadwalk in sand. And I mean covered. Locals said they had never seen anything like it before. Maintenance was pretty quick to clean it up and props to them as it was a lot of sand. But this also showed the wear and age of the resort. Lots of rooms had major leaks. There is a small pool in the front. We couldn't use it for a few days due to the storm and then the clean up. It seems fine. I heard several people complaining the heater was off so it was cold at the end of our week. There is also a hot tub in the west section of the resort which is pretty much smaller then my bathtub at home. Not even worth advertising to be honest. There is a local hangout a few doors down where they have live music most nights. Sometimes the music is really good and sometimes really bad but it's a fun place for a few drinks. Seems to be a place for a lot of locals to come get smashed at. We had two main issues. Staff and "Owners". Most of the staff were helpful. The women in the office were great during any interaction we had with them. Louis is not helpful at all. I got more assistance from people staying at the resort then from him. Also got lots of comments about how unhelpful and lazy he is and how he has been that way for years. Many of the "Owners" feel as though they own the place. These are people who have purchased a week as a time share. One "owner" from NC felt it was her right to put a pylon in "her" parking space when she went out. There are no assigned spots. This same "Owner" felt that she could smoke where she wanted to because she was an "owner" and been coming there for years. The office just tells you that they are not the parking or smoking police. Ridiculous. Oh, Don't ask for towels outside the allotted time though or you'll get some major attitude! I'm going to give this a 2-star because I think the place needs some major work.

This is a well-located resort thoug the units are not large but well-suited to two people. More than two is quite tight especially with one washroom. .and the need to use the Murphy bed for sleeping. Its location and view of the broadwalk, beach and Ocean are its best features.

We were so disappointed in this stay! Location was close to beach, but we were put in the back building, carrying bags up steep stairs at 69 years old. The room was extremely small with only a pull down Murphy bed. Our flight was delayed, so office had closed at 4:30 and we were not sent any info on what to do in that case. I asked about moving to the front building, but they said those were for owners of that resort, not RCI. The room was dated and there was only one blanket in closet with only sheets on bed. I cannot recommend, as it was smallest and oldest resort that we ever got through RCI!!!

My husband and I have stayed at this resort 3 times and will definitely go back soon. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect on the broadwalk. The staff provided all the guests with grilled hot dogs and chips on Friday to wish all their guest a warm farewell. Everyone was so nice.

Right on the beach perfect location walking distance to everything once you get there you park the car and don’t ever have to drive anywhere

If you are looking for a beach getaway and the exctiment of mixing with people of multiple backrounds on the nearby broadwalk...this is your place. Likewise, though cloese to both the beach and broadwalk your are secure when you tuck in for the evening in your gated community.
