Our bags took 4+ hours to arrive to the room. When they finally did arrive, items/cash were missing from the bags AND additional things (that are not ours) were found in the bag. The hairdryer didn't work so we had to request a new one. A credit was given to us for the inconvenience, and I was still charged on my card although the amount charged was less than the credit given. Hotel is in a great location and they were clean, but service was horrendous and finding another person's toothbrush in your bag IS NOT COOL!

I booked two rooms for my daughter's birthday. The first disappointment was the massage at the spa. We arrived 10 minutes late because there was no one in the luggage room. We had to wait about 20 minutes until someone arrived. The masseuse told me my massage would only last 20 minutes because of the delay (I had paid for a 50-minute massage), but she only gave me 15 minutes. When we returned to our rooms, there was no one at reception to give us our hand luggage either. We called our room to ask them to bring our backpacks. We waited 30 minutes and no one came. We went back down to reception and, after another 15-minute wait (again with no one there), they finally brought our backpacks. We went to our room to shower, as we had a dinner reservation at an Italian restaurant. The shower drain was clogged, and it was disgusting to shower with the water running. (They have old bathtubs) Towels were beige (Once were white). We have a nice dinner at the Italian restaurant, then we were at ****** for some time and went to our rooms to sleep, it was midnight. We were falling asleep when we heard a woman screaming louder and louder. We didn’t know what was going on… we waited and then the woman started to scream and said all kind of ****** words. We have a second show in the morning. So be ready to hear all kinds of things…

Itook a shower and the drain was going down slow there fore water built up in the shower, when it finally went down it guggled then come up in toilet! The toilet spit water out on the floor. Very dirty! Found black curly hair every where, the string to hang your bathing suits was broke, wo we couldnt dry our swim suits, people on our floor kept on letting the door close itself and slammed when it closed..tv sceen had a shadow line on it l, gard to watch tv. Id have to say this is the worst hard rock hotel ive stayed at. The pool was nice, only part we actually enjoyed and friendly staff The hotel is very confusing and when we asked for directions to get to the tower where our room was we were told wrong walking around lost. Definitely needs more signage

I had forgotten my makeup bag at the room. The next day I went and asked for it, they told me they didn’t found it. Im quite concerned, as the bag is of considerable value and I am certain it was inside the room before I left. I would kindly request that you please check again with the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room, as well as any areas where the item might have been placed when the room was serviced or lost & found items collected.

I could never get any help online calling the front desk, valet or room service. I needed help and no one could pick up the phone. I want to have some of my room compensated because the rate was so high and the service was horrible.
