The quiet , peaceful , clean gem of hole town. Spotless , comfy apartments , slept well . Amazing staff all so friendly and nothing to much trouble !!! Very knowledgeable and have recommendations for your needs they arranged our car hire , it went smoothly . Quiet pool total paradise highly recommended!

Staff was very friendly, the pool area is nice, but the water needs more regular cleaning. The apartment had a good size. It could have been cleaner for me and it definitely needs a bigger safe where you can also store a laptop or tablet. Thankfully I could hand in my laptop at reception during the times I wasn't there. I understand Barbados is an expensiv destination, but the value for money doesn't add up in this place. I'm not sure though if you are able to get a better deal somewhere else in Holetown. It's just too expensive for no service at all, not even bottled water in the room or a mosquito spray or free beach towels.

Lovely apartment, nice quiet location. Pool is nice, well maintained. Beach 15 min walk. Great base to explore island - we fully recommend hiring a car (Ballantynes provided great service-drop off and collection from resort). Top tip - if you book a one bed apt for two adults and two children you can ask reception for an additional two wheeled single beds which was much better than using sofa bed in lounge (Aircon only in main bedroom though). We found it odd there was not much of a welcome pack/info for late arrivals so weren't aware of supplied pool towels till well into the holiday. Also no food/drink onsite and nearest shop 15 mins way. There is also a lounge with shower facilities so you can use this if checking out before departure flight. We had a great trip. Would stay here again!

The two-bed apartment had recently been refurbished to a very high standard overlooking the pool - all facilities including a washer/dryer were exceptional. Unfortunately, no dining or bar facilities available on site however, this probably contributed to quiet and calm of the facility. Great place for a relaxing trip.

The unit was very comfortable. Regardless of it being on the west coast, and it's a 20-30 minute drive to the south, entertainment is still in close proximity...walking distance. Dislike - Shower curtain. Should be discarded.

The decor was very unique. The property was very clean and well-maintained. I will recommend this place to everyone.

I did enjoy my stay and liked the apartment but here is where I would suggest that the staff make improvements: - Friendliness & being welcoming. There was only two staff members who actually made me feel welcome at the property and one was a facilities/gardener worker. - I have never stayed at a hotel near the beach or with a pool on the premises in which you have to pay an additional cost to use a pool/beach towel! I thought that was ridiculous and not something customary in the hospitality industry. -I did enjoy was the cleanliness of the property, and design of the room, living room and balcony. Also, liked that they had a pool.

About this property the outside appearance is great and on Entry the aesthetics were appealing . However, maintenance and cleaning are not their strong point. On entry to my room, I was met with roaches of which I had to exterminate, the following morning I was met with more roaches , at this point I reached out to the front desk to report the matter. A room change was offered which I accepted. On entering into the new room I was greeted with the ac unit not functioning. Consequently, another room change was offered. I inspected the third offered room I tried the ac unit which worked but presented with a foul mouldy smell as if it had not been serviced for some time . I was most dissatisfied with this as my long anticipated weekend was ruined and my concern of my sinuses forced the made decision to leave the property. My only advice is to implement or change your SOP for facilities management.
