Still operating as if the pandemic was at its height. Having to park in a garage not attached to the hotel was inconvenient and during inclement weather, a real problem! Lack of service, friendliness and not even thanked to be a Silver Hilton Honors member...Don't clean your room unless you are staying for 2 or more days and you needed to request it by making an appoin**ent....all this was supposed to be done before 5PM, even if you were out all day.....very disappointed by this Particular Property at the price that we paid!

Room was clean, mattress was fine, good view of the city from our 8th floor room. Breakfast would have cost us 16.95 each, so we skipped that. Wi-fi strength was fine. This was our second time staying here and we would stay again. The 100.00 charge placed on the credit card is a bit annoying - they said it will come off in about three days.

One of the rooms I booked for this trip had bed linens that had obviously not been changed. It was midnight by the time we noticed this and BOTH beds in the room were affected. We tried to call down to the desk, but the phone was also broken. My colleague didn’t want to go down to the lobby in her pajamas and it was late and she was exhausted. She had to cover the dirty bed in towels and sleep on top of the towels. The hotel rooms at this hotel weren’t nice. I will not stay here again for business and I’m embarrassed that I put my employees in these rooms.

The hot tub was closed. The restaurant was a bad experience. The room was handicap accessible and we did not ask for that. The room had a lot of traffic noise from street below

There were a ton of black long hairs all over both beds...very gross and the noise is terrible and no Netflix
