三方河濱別墅(Threeway Riverside Villa)

Decent accommodations with inexpensive breakfast, and pool (much appreciated given the sweltering conditions). As name indicates near the waterways in old Hoi An. Japanese bridge about 5 minutes walk (600m). Nice rooms, comfortable beds, strong aircon and separate shower in bathroom. Reception gives good info and pointers/promotions to local attractions, tailor. Many options in Hoi An and this one is as good as any for the modest price.

À proximité du Night Market et vieille ville! Propreté des lieux, personnel à l’écoute Plage à proximité à vélos qui nous sont prêtés gratuitement. Très bon déjeuner à la carte avec fruits frais , café, thé et jus servis tous les matins avec le sourire!

Arrived here on the 17th January for 4 nights. They arranged a taxi transfer from Da Nang which was excellent. The young couple that run the hotel were there to greet us and take the luggage. Very quick check in lovely room 304 with a lovely view of the river. 2 double beds air con lovely bathroom with bath and shower over and toilet. Sink just outside bathroom. Very comfortable all round. Breakfast is very nice decent printed choice like omelette , scrambled eggs toast. Noodles or rice with everything from vegetables to pork and seafood. Tea coffee fresh fruit and water. Very nice. An easy 8 minute walk on the river to town which is just far enough. We have used their free bicycles which is great done An Bang beach everyday takes about 20 mins but on the flat. Would highly recommend the hotel and the very nice couple that run it m. This has to be the most genuine and friendly place in Hoi An! Such a wonderful team of lovely staff, all trying to ensure guests have a great experience. I’d return in a heartbeat, this place beats the upscale big hotel next door where I stayed previously, at a much more reasonable rate. The managers are a husband and wife team who were so kind, helpful and positive! Really can’t praise them enough. They have an adorable cute little toddler, just so content and well behaved, happily smiling and waving at us tourists ☺️ The other staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, preparing delicious healthy breakfasts and generally keeping the place spotless and welcoming. Our room overlooked the river and was peaceful- quite unusual in Hoi An so another huge plus point. We were helped with everything we needed, including a room safe, cars for a very reasonably priced transfer to and from Danang and a delicious takeaway delivery one night when my friend felt too unwell to go out - actually one of my favourite memories!

Nice hotel in a really good location as it’s in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the old town. The hotel is run by a lovely couple who are very helpful. A good breakfast for only 60k. The only bad point was that the room had damp and smelt of it too - just a bit of redecorating needed to make it perfect!

Très bon emplacement au calme avec vue sur la rivière, à 8 ou 9 mn à pied de la vieille ville et un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel est propre et confortable et les petits déjeuners appréciables. Le jeune couple (et leur petit garçon) qui tient cet hôtel est absolument adorable et je n'oublierai jamais le petit pique-nique qu'ils nous ont improvisé lors de notre départ le soir pour un ramassage de bus de nuit ! Ils voulaient même nous donner leur parapluie !!! Madame et Monsieur, vous êtes vraiment de bonnes personnes et l'hôtel que vous gérez est très agréable. Merci du fond du cœur...
