Hyatt House Chicago Schaumburg

The staff was fabulous, food was really good, and the place was clean! A great location in Schaumburg! Close to everything!! The room was really nice… Only things were that the fridge was noisy at times and the shower occasionally made noises… The fridge didn’t wake us at all though, so we didn’t really mind… The pool was smaller than expected and closed for maintenance/cleaning on a Sunday morning, which I didn’t think was the best timing. Kids were bummed of course as we didn’t get to use them and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel… Overall, we would still choose to stay here again should we come back to Schaumburg area…

Again, breakfast is not good enough choice. Location is good, service is good, but cleaning room service needs to be improved. Overall the service is good and staff is nice.

Got this girl for my son girlfriend she flew in from Texas to surprise him for prom it’s convenient to all the shopping and restaurants also attractions they needed for the weekend they liked the free breakfast in the morning the rooms were nice and spacious the only complaint is I requested a top floor room and they placed them on the 1st floor and the girl hotel was full so the dining area always had people there at the bar so they heard a lot of noise and people walking back and forth other than that they enjoyed it

Excelente, pero las señoras que atienden en el desayuno son muy mal educadas. Deberían de cambiarlas son muy groseras

We had to check in late and Jim was very nice about it. Had a great breakfast at the Egg Harbor Cafe across the street and we can’t wait to see you both again soon!

It was easy going for me and my fsmily we felt pretty safe around these area and also we got some great food around there.
