霍博肯W飯店(W Hoboken)

Best part about this hotel is the view. Do not settle for just a room or a partial view room. You have to pay more and get the river view. So worth it! Absolutely extraordinary!!!!!!!!! Also, a river walk park across the road. Perfect! Transportation to the city - Ferry / Train. We took the ferry. It was on the weekend, so it ran every 30 minutes. There was a fee but again worth it. Small downside, the room needed a thorough dusting but the view!

I paid for a room with a view (at $404/night) expecting to see the Manhattan skyline, and instead was given a small room that looked directly into an apartment building. Not cool, Marriott. When I asked to switch they said they could change my room for an additional $80. Also not cool given that my bill for the weekend was $1k. And finally, they charge $9 for a half liter of bottled water in the room. Seriously. That just feels predatory! I’m staying in a Hampton Inn in upstate NY tonight, at a quarter of the price, and finding a cleaner, more modern experience.

The room was small and not cleaned. Headboard had centrum stains and smelled needed to covered by a bedsheet. The blinds were broken. No internet service TV would not stay on for more then 15 mins. Desk was scratched up and chipped. Carpet stains from elevator to room. Outlets did not work. No fan in the bathroom. I think is enough. To least we were not impressed. The liking of the room to price ratio was very very low. The doorman was very nice and helpful. It is highly unlikely we would stay at the W again!

It was our 23rd anniversary And we was greeted with champagne and balloons love that View was great Only thing for me I saw just two hairs in the bathroom No worries I cleaned it up Thank you this was our second experience here we came for our 20th anniversary as well

Wife went to reservation while I traveled for work. Charged her card double without any paperwork or signature and could not explain or rectify situation. Hotel tells us to not use third party and unapologetic. At $500/night and staying there every non-pandemic year for eight years, we are very disappointed.

The property was very nice and we enjoyed Halifax, both for dinner and this morning, for breakfast. The view was spectacular! The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and nice.

First, the refrigerator was broken. It look like somebody had tried to break into it when it was locked. They did bring us another refrigerator and put it underneath the counter, but did not take the old broken one way. The ice machine on the eighth floor was broken and we couldn’t get off on any of the other floors to get ice so it had to be delivered daily We only had room cleaning one out of the three days we were there …I did not leave a tip The housekeeper did ask me in the hall if we needed more towels and tossed them to me from the card when I said yes I was unable to get free Wi-Fi and less I signed up for the envoy Marriott app so I had to go downstairs twice in my pajamas wants to ask why we didn’t have free Wi-Fi and the second time to take my drivers license to sign up for the app After I signed up for the app, I got an email requesting that I make an account and they kept asking for my account number well when I had signed up the night before in my pajamas in the lobby, no one gave me an account number so I had to go down and spend quality 20 minutes with the concierge trying to get that all figured out The carpet in the hallways was dirty End it just wasn’t what I was used to in the other W hotels that I’ve stayed in Now, on a very positive note, it was a super great location in Hoboken! easy for my niece to walk to from her apartment on the bike path and the river park was lovely and the ferry into Manhattan was very accessible and good dining

The area was convenient. I didn’t get the room I was anticipating due to the way ******* advertised the available rooms. Room was average not sure I would Call it a 4 start hotel

The hotel room didn't match what I bought on *******. I wanted a full view and was willing to pay for one but ******* booked a partial room. It was look late to book a full view when we arrived. Next time I'll book from the hotels website directly and avoid using *******.
