La situation ,la propreté, l’accueil Même si l’accueil est très bon attention de ne pas trop en faire et de vouloir toujours forcer des ventes !! Ça peut être un peu exagéré et étouffant. Pas de boissons chaude au petit déjeuner Attention sur la location de scooter plus cher qu’en centre ville

Mình check in từ chiều M7 và checkout vào trưa M8. Phòng 304. Cảm nhận của mình là phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, ban công phòng là không gian cánh đồng bên ngoài trong lành, thoáng đãng. Lễ tân nhiệt tình, nhẹ nhàng và chu đáo. Giá phòng là 900k/. Vote 5 sao. Nếu có quay lại Tam Cốc mình sẽ ghé thăm

Muy buena experiencia su manager es de lo mejor, habitaciones lindas y limpias. Con desayuno muy rico, nos ayudaron en todo y disfrutamos mucho nuetra estancia. En el centro de Tam coc muy cerca de la calle principal.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui solo una notte, ma sembrava di essere a casa, camere pulite, ordinate e nuove di zecca, ambiente molto famigliare ed amichevole. Linh, la padrona di casa ci ha accolto subito come parte della famiglia, persona molto speciale, in quanto molto disponibile in tutto e per tutto, dalla prenotazione dei Tours, a quella dei taxi, a preziosi consigli su dove e come andare in determinati luoghi, ai suoi racconti di vita vissuta. La mattina seguente ci ha accompagnati al molo per l’escursione in barca, spiegandoci tutto!!! Non ultimo, le sue speciali cene preparate con prodotti locali e tanto, tanto amore. Questo posto è magico e se ci si trova da queste parti vale assolutamente la pena soggiornare qui!!!!

Oh my goodness! Linh is the kindest and sweetest vietnamese that I have met to date. I met her at 5am after being dropped off by the night bus. She offered to help me with anything that I needed in Ninh Binh. Really, I just needed the next bus to Da Nang. Seeing as that wouldn't be until the evening, I followed her back to her beautiful homestay and she gave me tips and a bicycle to go off and make the best of my layover. She even made me breakfast! Though I didn't actually overnight with her, I most definitely would in the future. Thank you so so much for your hospitality!

Although the place is nice, the lady that runs it is lovely at the beginning however the whole experience was ruined by the fact that they performed the typical motorbike scam on us. They give you a faulty motorbike and then they ask you to pay extra for it. If you stay here, just be careful!

We stayed at the Lotus Flower Homestay in Tam Coc for 3 nights and had the most amazing experience! The Homestay is located right in the centre of Tam Coc and has lovely spacious rooms, complete with air con, clean towels and toiletries. The host, Linh, and her family, were what made the Homestay so great. They were super friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, informing us of the best places to go within the Ninh Binh Province and beyond. They couldn’t have done more for us! Linh cooked some delicious Vietnamese meals and welcomed us into her family. We would recommend staying here to anyone. Hopefully we will stay again in the future!

Amazing time spend with the owner of this house, great time by boat in the tam coc river, we discover landscape and she brings us to a special place to take photos. The homestay is realy nice, clean and you are very well welcome there.
