One of the best Hotel in Vietnam . Not beacuse of concrete and finishing , because of The Reed people .. Awesome stay . Special thanks to quen for such a fantastic international skills and communication. The breakfast spread was great . We were greeted so well with early checkin around 12 .

We stayed here 5 days, to really experience the beauty and many attractions of the Trang An and Ninh Binh areas. We were so glad we did; it was a highlight of our 3 weeks in SE Asia, including a very relaxing stay at Trang An Retreat. Our host, Sam, was very warm, welcoming and helpful in arranging anything we asked for during our stay. This is a small, family-run business and all staff were kind and professional. The surrounding area is spectacularly scenic and peaceful, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. As others have mentioned, accommodation is basic here - clean, comfortable and very budget-friendly. Food was quite good, if a bit limited. The spring rolls are delicious! Sam and staff speak English well, which was very helpful to us. They arranged a reliable driver for us on two of our days there. The stunning Trang An Grottoes boat trip is only 1 km away, an easy bike ride from the Retrat (they have decent bicycles available for free). I highly recommend this place for folks who want a tranquil, reasonably priced home base in the Ninh Binh area.

Нам тут очень понравилось. Красивый отель, эстетичный бар, немного вид из окна разочаровывал, на болото, но такое расположение.. до центра там кока, где все кафешки 5 минут на байке. Персонал решал любые вопросы, очень гостеприимное место!
Бесплатно сауна и джакузи. Завтрак хороший. Дали хороший новый байк нам в аренду.

Nice hotel which was super walkable to town. Breakfast buffet was good and had the customary pho and omelets to order. Front desk staff and head waiter super helpful. Rooms were nice and always well-stocked with water. And I was able to do laps at 6 a.m…the pool was almost 25m👍🏼 So why not 5 stars? Probably because we stayed at 2 places before and the bar was set high. Dumb things I didn’t like: The gym…underwhelming and hot. Like much of the space in the hotel, they don’t air condition so you just do some planning, find the remote and cool before you start. No AC in the hallways, elevator, etc but great AC in the rooms. Not a lot of English spoken. Trying to ask people in the dining room for things was challenging but I totally understand Ninh Binh is more out of the way than Hanoi and Halong Bay. Again, the bar was set high at our previous spots so we were spoiled😝

The room (premium deluxe) was absolutely stunning, with a very beautiful scenic view, a very comfortable matress and very clean also. The location is also very good, its convenient to walk and see tam coc and also for the boat trips. The breakfast was good and there is a nice pool to swim. That said, We had a big problem of noise : a new bar opened next door and the noise was umbelievably loud, the staff could’nt tell us what was the closing hour of the bar and wasn’t capable of going and pick the information when we asked several time. They did a discount on the room because we could’nt sleep at all (it was like we were in the bar) so I thank them for that because they tried their best to help us, but in the future I hope that they can make an arrangment on the level of noise with the new bar, otherwhise, clients will not be respected for what they pay…

美麗的小民宿,在Tam Coc安靜的小街上,由一對非常好的夫婦Tommy和Lily經營。房間寬敞,很乾淨,陽台,露台上早餐非常好,咖啡很棒!湯米非常樂於助人,即使在最後一分鐘,他也非常樂於安排我們乘公共汽車的轉機,他步行我們到巴士站,等待確保我們上車!他們倆英語流利,非常友好。我們強烈推薦!

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with stunning scenery, gardens, lotus plant filled ponds surrounding. The hotel team couldn’t do enough to make our stay very comfortable, answering all our questions and helping book extra travel around the stunning Ninh Binh area. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to return one day ❤️

訪訪客We had a great stay at Limestone View. The hosts Dzung and Dep were very kind and helpful. The room was large and clean, wifi provided and a great fresh cooked breakfast each morning with fresh fruit and juice and Vietnamese coffee. Dzung made sure our family was very well looked after, helping with all aspects of our time in Ninh Binh. We were able to use bikes and rode to all tourist locations with Dzung’s helpful map and guidance. Dzung organised private transfers for us which were very comfortable and reasonably priced. There is a roof top pool which would be good in summer (but the weather was too cold to swim in December). We would recommend staying here!

I'm not going to lie, when we first checked in here I was extremely skeptical as our initial room was not up to par. After going back and forth with my Husband on whether or not to move to another spot we decided to give it a chance and asked to switch rooms instead. The Woman (I am so sad/sorry I did not get her name and will lovingly refer to her as Boss Lady) at the desk heard our concerns and immediately got us switched over to another room that was WAY better. Long story short, out of our 2 weeks in Vietnam (luxury hotels and otherwise) I think this was our favorite stay. Our best breakfast in Vietnam was here. It was delicious and made me feel like it was made with love and that brightened my spirits. Boss Lady helped me make a perfect 2 day itinerary in the region and helped me avoid some pitfalls. She also recommended an amazing massage spot. I felt like she was a trusted friend. Boss Lady and her family made our stay magical. I booked this homestay after a recommendation from Lilly at Grand Hotel Du Lac in Hanoi. I'm so happy we took her advice. We loved this homestay and can't wait to return.

La habitación estaba muy bien tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador, no hay TV, el Wifi era muy lento.
En cuanto al anfitrión es muy amable, preparan desayunos y hay algunos platos de desayuno occidental, hay que hacer uso del traductor ya que no hablan muy bien el inglés.

The owners of this home stay were so accommodating- we got into Tam Coc around 4am and even though our check in was not until 11am, they welcomed us in with open arms. Every morning they cooked delicious breakfast and greeted us with fresh pineapple and tea upon our return. We also used their laundry, motorbike services, and they helped us book out sleeper bus ticket to Hue- it was so convenient!! I cannot recommend this place enough, great hosts and a great location. Thank you for everything Bich and Thien, we had a fantastic visit 💗

訪訪客用戶This hotel is probably the second best hotel, if not the first, in the Tam Cốc Bích Động area. It is probably equivalent to a three star hotel in the US. the room I stayed in is nice but probably can use a little maintenance. The AC is not cold. It acts more like a fan. The water pressure in the shower comes and goes. Their breakfast offers beef and chicken Pho, bread, chow mein, sweet potatoes, fruits, etc. For vegans, it’s really lacking. You can pretty much have only corn, sweet potato, fruits and toast. But the front desk staffs (especially Mr. Lieu) really look after you. They proactively help you with your luggage, your transportation needs, and the recommendations on places and things to do. They are sincere helpfulness really make up for the shortcomings. For vegan travelers, there is a pretty good vegan restaurant on the main road after you walk out of the alley where the hotel is located. Ngon Vegan is located about 50 feet away after you exit the alley and turn right.

FFlorianL'accueil, la bienveillance, la gentillesse, l'aide, vraiment tout est excellent! La famille qui gère ce petit hôtel est vraiment top! La chambre est spacieuse, les lits très confortables, grande salle de bain avec eau chaude, de l'eau et du café à disposition. Les petits déjeuner sont variés et savoureux! Il y a des vélos a disposition et aussi des scooters en location. Il n'y a rien à reprocher, je recommande sans problème, vous ne serez vraiment pas déçu!

Breakfast and dinner provided. The food was home cooked like your mum used to make. Delicious. Rooms good, air con, fan. Comfortable bed/s. The bungalows are a 4 generation family business. The owners are beautiful people. Id highly recommend a stay at Rocky Bungalow

訪訪客用戶We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Ninh Binh and were able to see so much of the area in just one day. The location of the home stay was super for this and we were also delighted that the staff were helpful in arranging transport to the train station and Trang An. Until we came to leave, we would have been comfortable leaving a 3 or 4 out of 5 rating. We were however made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the man who oversaw our stay, as he began hassling us to leave a review before we had had breakfast. This intensified when we returned from our day out; we were obliged to leave a review before he would drive us to the station (which we had already paid him for). We left a generous review on *********** (averaged at 8.0/10) which did highlighted the one area we felt was lacking - the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The man then proceeded to drive incredibly unsafely (including at points driving without holding the steering wheel, across two lanes in relatively busy traffic and far slower than the rest of the traffic) whilst using his phone to translate his haranguing of us about our review, eventually resulting in us having to speak to his boss on the phone about why we hadn’t left a 10/10 review. The entire interaction left us feeling distinctly uncomfortable and spoiled the end of our trip. We were relieved to get out of the vehicle, even though it was not in the drop-off location we had agreed.
