I had such a wonderful stay at this homestay in Tam Coc, Ninh Binh. The host was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming—she truly treats you like family. From the moment I arrived, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. She gave great recommendations for things to do in the area, helped organize transport, and even suggested changing my travel plans when a storm was coming, just to make sure I wouldn’t get stranded before my next flight. She was so thoughtful—packing me a lunch for my journey, giving me water whenever I used the bicycles, and even attaching a phone holder to the bike so I could navigate more easily. These little touches made such a difference and showed how much she genuinely cared. The room itself was very large and spacious, with a comfortable bed. While the bathroom wasn’t the most spotless, the overwhelming friendliness and hospitality more than made up for it. The free breakfast was also fantastic—very generous and filling. I left feeling incredibly grateful and touched by the warmth I experienced here. Highly recommend staying here if you want a truly welcoming, home-like experience in Ninh Binh.

We had an amazing stay. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful, giving us suggestions of where to visit around Ninh Binh. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk into town. The breakfast was lovely and varied with lots of fruit. Easy moped hire which was also really appreciated.

It was an incredible place to stay. Right in the middle of Tam Coc, very close to the shops and the city centre. The service was magnificent, we were greeted with fruits and tea and the host was really kind at helping us navigate through the city. We felt welcomed and at peace.

The homestay is exactly like in the photos but abit smaller than i imagined. Feels very homey and clean, simple breakfast in the morning- eggs and bread with lots of fruits. The owner is very helpful in guiding us on getting around ninh binh. Bicycles can be rented from the homestay. Location wise its located right in the centre of tam coc, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Весь город можно обойти пешком, а ехать в Ниньбинь не обязательно – всё интересное рядом. Номер просторный и удобный, есть всё необходимое. Зимой было комфортно, хотя отопления нет. В ванной есть инфракрасная лампа, но включается она высоко – чтобы её включить, нужно приносить из комнаты массивный деревянный стул. Освещение продуманное, даже есть ночник. Завтрак вкусный и сытный, приносят готовый набор без выбора, но порции достаточные. Персонал дружелюбный, говорит на хорошем английском. После завтрака мне дали сухпаёк с фруктами, снеками и водой – приятно удивило. Рекомендую этот отель.

We really felt like home there! Good location, tasty breakfast with lots of fruits and very nice people. The room has everything you need. We would like to stay here again!
