看起來“奢華”並不重要。辦理入住手續大約需要45分鐘。作爲在我的酒店和我住過的許多酒店中工作的人,我住過很多酒店都有登記入住和退房的獨立線路。排隊等候被告知等待,當他們應該有額外的鐘,他們等着告訴客人在大廳裏等待,而不是排隊等候,這更令人失望。接待員我沒有問她爲什麼沒有熱情的問候,她只是要了我的護照。這已經讓我嚐到了酸味。到我的房間,很乾淨,房間有一些我認爲很酷的整潔的技術特點。房間和屋頂游泳池是我不得不說的唯一積極的事情,游泳池令人難以置信。我不建議週末住太多的有孩子的家庭,音樂太吵了。沒有孩子在游泳池裏大聲尿尿,你就不能真正享受游泳池。食物還可以。說實話,如果他們有設施日通行證的話,我會這樣做,除非經理決定與團隊開會,最好不要說出猜測“不”和單獨的簽到線。招待服務0 Check in 0 帶陽台的房間是10/10 池10/10

因為良好的入住體驗，從美奈回來繼續入住這家酒店，體驗依舊棒棒的！ 入住時酒店依舊貼心的安排了兩間有小床的房間，工作人員除了個別以外，均可以英文溝通，甩美奈某排名第三的豪華酒店一大截，裝修雖然老了點，但保養和維護都還不錯，這次還體驗了健身房和游泳池。最後再表揚一下酒店的早餐，品種豐富，味道也不錯，整體完全符合五星豪華型的定位。

酒店位置在胡志明的第三郡，到第一郡也都挺方便的，參加當地的報團活動，基本上也都會到第三郡的酒店做接送，酒店的大堂非常法式且漂亮，很多人包括我都在拍照，因為真的太美了 房間也非常漂亮，對面是一家小學學校 早餐也非常豐富，非常棒 早餐有四次，我吃了三次，唯一的缺點，就是有兩次早餐，問你要不要咖啡，都等了好久才來，我至少都催促了兩次以上，而且都是一開始的管理人員過來詢問並寫上，這部分的交接還有待加強

This was our second time staying at Sherwood Suites, the first time was in 2019. Our experience this time was just as wonderful. Honestly this has got to be the best hotel in HCMC. It’s worth the extra cost for sure. Our family of 2 adults and 3 children stayed in the Grand Suite which had two bedrooms plus a spare bed in a study nook/large cupboard. Beds are gloriously soft and comfortable, I’m fairly sure they fill the pillows with clouds, the rooms have the fastest wifi known to man, climate controlled quiet air-conditioning, a laundry with washer and dryer, a great kitchen with excellent size fridge, a great living dining area with a couch and table, tons of storage, two palatial bathrooms, and two tv’s with all the modern features (on our main bedroom tv airplay wasn’t working as I’m not sure the tv was connected to the same wifi network as our phones, but you know, first world problems 🤣). The hotel has a fantastic under cover but open air pool which looks small and dark in photos but really is gorgeous and large in real life. It also had a spa/jacuzzi and gym next door, plus a games room for small children, and a pool/billiards room for older ones. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast, where you have a small selection of pastries, yoghurt and fresh fruit and juices (real squeezed orange juice included), then also has a menu where you order as many cooked breakfast items as you like. You can also order a proper latte/tea/coffee as part of the buffet breakfast. The only improvement I can suggest is the rooms didn’t have a guide that told how this worked (there was a small guide on the tv but it mainly listed the services and times), so it was a little confusing working out that we ordered meals on top of the buffet spread at first, mainly as this is unique to Sherwood. The meals were so delicious it’s also worth having lunch or dinner here too, on the pricey side of course but absolutely worth it! Suggestion: It would be great if guests could order room service via an app, the website, or the tv menu, as this would avoid any language confusion and would be lovely for those that don’t feel too social. Staff were excellent, they really go above and beyond! All had really great english and were super friendly and helpful. The manager was always available to help out and offered great suggestions of things to do and see. Nothing was ever a bother, we arranged a tour and a few taxi’s via reception, and a late checkout for one of our rooms for an additional small fee, they handled everything perfectly and it really made the end of our trip a total highlight. Sherwood is very conveniently located in District 3, near lots of places to eat, a million coffee houses, a short walk to a few of the larger shopping centres and undercover market, as well as the war museum, beautiful old Saigon Central Post Office and Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica (cathedral). From the moment we had the doors opened for us into the beautiful lobby we were wowed, and that continued when shown to our beautiful fully equipped apartment. The pool area second to none. The service was exceptional and all with beautiful attitudes and big smiles. Can't thank them enough for such a fantastic experience. Would recommend Sherwood Residence 200%. If ever back in Saigon this is where I would stay.

在第三郡，主要是離機場稍近一點，但是打的費用從機場出來是不打表的，要15萬越盾，跟住第一郡差不多了，但是周邊環境和便利性比那邊差遠了。 主要是太老舊，房間裏的東西感覺都是上世紀的。就得個房間比較寬敞。而且都4星了，早餐也很是一般。

Отель нормальный, но отличным его назвать нельзя. Мы хотели тихий номер. Нам дали номер 105 на первом этаже. Окно из комнаты номера вело в коридор, поэтому было полностью завешено плотными шторами. И тихим номер увы, не оказался. Но, за 29 долларов - нормальный вариант. Попросили продлить пребывание в номере до 14.30, так как нам нужно было в аэропорт позже 12 часов, продлили пребывание на 2,5 часа за 100к донгов.

위치는 골목에 있어 찿기 힘들어요. 셀프체크인이라는 사전 고지가 없어 너무 힘들어요. 고객응대도 불친절하고 고지식 해서 취소하고 다른호텔로 갔어요. 장대비 맛으며 나쁜 이미지만 간직하고요. 이곳을 예약하려고 했던 이유는 원룸 처럼 풀퍼니처라 자유롭게 요리를 해먹고, 세탁도 하고 조용하게 지내며 여행하기 위함 입니다. 하지만 예약 후 고객센터를 통해 사전 고지와 셀프체크인 방법을 알려달라고 해야 하는 번거로움 있습니다

I loved my stay here. Of special note, Nelly at the desk was extremely helpful and courteous, helping me with expert local advice.(transport, phones, phrases, directions, power plugs etc). Highly professional, good English skills and very strong customer service skills. Her colleagues were also very good. I felt that she stood out though. The whole staff were friendly, conversational, welcoming, and always did their best with any questions. I've given the review a ”5” but I should explain my thinking, as we are all different in what matters to us. I went just as the country was opening again to tourism after the main Covid period, and all hotels across the board seemed to have ”re-start” issues in getting up to speed again. The cafe on the top floor was being renovated, but there was a wonderful little cafe at the entrance courtyard which had food and coffee. Nice food, and great coffee. The trees, courtyard and peaceful location were idyllic and particularly great in HCM as a sanctuary from most noise and traffic. The staff were genuinely friendly and always helpful. The room was very clean, the bathroom good, the internet connection fine and it was all just what I needed. It had a nice feel to it. A nice ”vibe”. It was also highly cost effective. I could imagine staying here a while and doing some writing. The surrounding area is well worth exploring. I walked in to district one a few times and loved it, but it for those who do not want long exploratory walks it is easily accessible by Grab taxi or Grab motor bike/scooter General recommendations: I waited too long to do this, and should have done it immediately.... Download and use ”Grab”. Extremely well designed, very effective, has English options and its drivers are reliable. By contrast the ”conventional” taxis can be very problematic. Ripped off and in major arguments twice in the first 3 days and never used them again. The Grab drivers though were all honest and professional (and cheap). A massive contrast A local SIM card can be bought immediately past immigration at the airport on the right side which was cheap, reliable and drama-free. Anyone who does try to con you, tries to use the currency / shell game/ hand it to me-don't hand it back-now hand me something else CON. So my advice is to separate money into two areas. Perhaps some of the smaller stuff in a pocket for Banh Mi etc and the larger amounts in sequence in your wallet. Memorise a couple of numbers as a rule of thumb. For me 500K in Dong is about 30 dollars AUD so that is a useful quick starting point. Local -local food is usually great value Anything a bit exotic tends to waft up toward Australian prices such as Japanese food I really enjoyed local Pho and Banh Mi among other foods, but felt I should have done more food study and food specific vocab before going ( which I am doing before next trip) HCM Art Gallery, or as they call it the ”Fine Arts Museum” was terrific.
