Le foto non corrispondevano a ciò che abbiamo trovato. L'accoglienza del sig. Shawn molto fredda, l'appartamento sporco. Ce ne siamo andati dopo la prima di tre notti prenotate. La signora Emily molto scortese nelle risposte date alle nostre perplessità, spesso non ha risposto!

Poor! They only allow 10 people at the pool at a time, there is a security guard, admin person and a fake life guard there. It’s ridiculous. The security guards are rude. It’s OVER secure for no reason. My child sat on their lobby couch and her feet were not on the chair, they asked her to take her shoes off. So many instances of rude staff and security. I had to cut my stay short and go to a more relaxed apartment where they actually allow people to use the pool. Disgusting

We book through Agoda and the building was prohibited for short term rent - the security guards said we were decieved by the landlord and that was true. It took us nearly one hour and thirty minutes to get in touch with Agoda to get through to the landlord dispite reaching out to him. At the end we book another hotel in the city center and hopefully we will get our money back!
