Vinhomes Riverside豪華公寓

Very bad management system. We paid for the rooms in advance through ******* but was asked to pay again when checked in. The floor for all 3 units were dirty. The couch in the living had 3 legs broken so it’s not safe to sit on it but nobody told us when checked in. The other room couch was damaged but blamed us for it. The elevator wasn’t working properly most of the time but when we seek help from the security guard. They didn’t even look up from their phone and told us to use different elevators without pointing the directions. The other elevator is on a the other side of the building. We will never come back to this property again.

Very friendly host and helpful. Very well located next to a good shoping mall and plenty of food around. Great kids entertainment nearby. Apartment facility also include swimming pool and gym. But ensure you book before going as need to take 3 days to register.

The room is perfect and clean with amazing views. The apartment complex is right next to a small convenience store. I would recommend here.

There is nothing to like about this place except the location. Don’t be fooled with the photos. If there were minus point, I would have given it minus. The place is so dirty, broken shower door, mould in the washroom…etc. if we could upload the photos, we would show you how disgusting it is. I would not recommend it.
