錫克里皇冠假日飯店(Crowne Plaza Hickory)

NEVER EVER Will i make a reservation with this property! Checked in & paid for my nigts stay. Provided 2 occupied rooms. Ten we were told to leave because the had to occupancy ! 8PM AT NIGHT I HAD TO SCRAMBLE TO LOCATE LODGING

Torn wall paper, old and decrepit furnishings, reeked of cheap and old, no USB charging ports, this is 2024 right? Shower faucet did not work correctly would fluctuate between hot then suddenly freezing cold by itself. Did not feel safe, Zero privacy, so loud that it sounded like we were staying in the pits at the Daytona 500. Completely awful. Rather sleep in the car.

Room was clean overall. Very noisy-all night long with doors slamming and beating on walls. Keurig didn’t work in room. Paid for breakfast and was told it was not included even though it was paid in reservation. Room overpriced.

I really like the size of the lobby area and all the sitting areas. It was decorated nicely for the holidays. The bed was very comfortable and the bath towels were soft and thicker than most other hotels of this category.

Housekeeping did not come in and clean up replace dirty towels. Had to use old towels. Broken faucet with severe leak. Water leaked all over the sink

Friendly staff. Clean place. Lots of restaurants near by and the mall is right across the way! 🙂

Although the staff was great the hotel it self was subpar. The outside rooms made you feel like you were sleeping next to a race track. And i understand the hotel can't control traffic but i would not recommend if you are looking to get some rest.

this property had an amazing front desk person, Jesse I think. He went out of his way to be helpful. But the rest of the place was falling apart, smelled back and wasn't contemporary at all! Sell it to a lower brand and get your brand off this building.

All of the staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. Although there were limited choices, The food was excellent. We ate in the bar area the first night and had the buffet breakfast on Sunday. Stayed over a weekend in a room on the side of he main road. I don’t know if there was a car show in the area or if it’s routine on weekend nights but cars were racing and peeling out on the main road well into the middle of the night. It made it very difficult to get any sleep. The bathroom was EXTREMELY small.
