I had a reservation for 3 nights, this upcoming weekend. I called to make sure the pool was open. The woman that answered the phone rudely informed me there was no pool. ( pool is pictured and advertised) She stated that I made the reservation on-line so I can cancel on-line and hung up on me. Which I did cancel. If that is the trea**ent you get on the phone, there was no way I would stay there. It was so offensive that I didn't use Tripadvisor to make reservations at another facility. You should really try harder to insure the types of places you are advertising for.

Well, I walked into my room...pulled back the cover of the bed and there was a bed bug lying in the middle of the bed... THAT did it for me.... I left immediately... The woman at the counter said I could not get my money back but I did not care. I was NOT going to stay there.

I loved the bed and the over sized tub it was clean and comfortable.

Not only is this place dirty, its got mold & mildew in the bathroom & bedroom.

There internet code would not work and the person working the desk couldn’t figure out why. There was no breakfast, even though we were told the time for it at check in. Not the friendliest

Holes in the wall and ceiling, poorly working lock. Dirty upholstery, bad mattress. Outer door unlocked. Room marked nonsmoking but still smelled like smoke. Price was unreasonable for such poor condition. Go elsewhere.

I will from now on ALWAYS contact the property about dining options and breakfast availability. Not many choices

There was nothing I liked. It was not at all what I was expecting.
