There were no trash bags in any of our trash cans. Room was clean but seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. The lamp shades were uneven. There was a dark hair on the shower mat. And NO trash bags!

mal servicio de recepción al saber que era de hoteles. com me en casi todos los hoteles me mandaron a cuartos lo mas alto y lejos de elevadors segun ellos por estar llenos y son mentiras , creo que usar la aplicación perjudica el trato a nosotros y discriminatorio por ser precio mas bajos creo yo

Norging here to like no parking they did not fix the fridge and we stayed for 5 day no did the fix the sink would not drain would never stay here again

Booked a room weeks in advance with a king for a reason as [ our infant sleeps with us] we enter the room to 2 queen beds and find out all the kings are sold out. No offer of compensation or apologies. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE night and inconvenient for $200 stay. Not happy. We will likely be staying elsewhere next time.

Let me first say that it way fairly clean. The bed was uncomfortable, it was cold outside and so I had heater on . That didn’t last it was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. For the price not worth it. When I checked out they asked how my stay was, they didn’t seem to care. I would it recommend.

Unfortunately my watch was left in my room but apparently no one found it. I highly doubt itnjust disappeared in the room.

Front desk was a little rude and in w hurry.

We stayed at this property for the hot tub. We inquired the hours at check in to find out later it was cold and dirty. We could have gotten a room for $88 but wanted the hot tub after traveling and my husbands needs. The sink was stopped up. I found a bobby pen in the bathroom floor which made me question the cleanliness and safety.

I did not receive the rate I booked for. I did not get the room I paid for. I got two full beds and i pjs for two queen beds. I called to request cart for lungagage and was not give one. Not the best customer service.
