Great hotel, staff very helpfull, the room very clean, Excellent breakfast, the hotel is close to many Good restaurants and walking distance. Only one disappointment is the parking, the hotel parking belongs to a private company not to the hotel , the parking cost is very high. Will be better if the hotel will have parking arrangement to lowar the prices.

Great location, well kept units … the built in gym and parking an great plus in the area. Special thanks go to Ela in the reception for her positive attitude and help. The breakfast buffet looked very good, but price turned us off. The gym has top level equipment.

Excellent hotel - clean comfortable and staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommend. The breakfast was full of choices and fresh food. The pool at the top of the hotel offers a very pleasant place to relax. Rooms are modern and pleasantly furnished.

This must have been my third stay at this charming hotel, and it did not disappoint The rooms are hip and comfortable, the rooftop pool very welcoming, parking in the building (extra cost) and a helpful staff throughout. Whilst missing direct access to the beach this is an excellent choice in Herzeliya.

I stayed here for a week at the end of Feb 2025 on business. I found all the staff, especially Audrey, Herut, Gal, and Guy at the front desk to be really supportive and helpful. The hotel is located about a 15 min walk from the train and 15 min to the beach. Taxis are plentiful as well. The breakfast was generous and their staff were particularly nice too. The breakfast area has a nice outdoor patio in good weather as well. Rooms were small but comfortable. Housekeeping did a surprisingly good job by any standard every day. Lastly, the gym here is amazing. It's actually a private club in their basement so they have virtually every kind of strength, cardio, classes, wet / dry sauna, etc. there. Overall, I'll consider returning to this next time and highly recommend the staff.

Extremely disappointing. The amenities were not available. The pool closed early every day. The lounge was closed for a private event. The staff did not communicate any of these things. If I had known before, I would not have booked this hotel. Too bad cause this hotel has potential.

Used for businesses, but is also good for private visits. Large rooms with clean and maintained. kind personnel, good breakfast. After you log-in into garage service is very practical to get in and out. Location is easy to find. For garage which is under hotel you have to use side one-direction street. I spent 7 days there in general is in ISR practical to use Isrotel. So far I used some of them hotels and I was always satisfied.

The hotel was absolutely lovely! Oren, the professional and kind receptionist, the excellent service, the clean, pleasant and comfortable room, created a perfect stay experience. The welcome is very pleasant and the cocktails are excellent. And the excellent hospitality added to the overall experience. We will definitely be back soon and highly recommend everyone to visit this hotel.
