hotel très agréable propre avec chaque employé d une extrême gentillesse et à notre écoute.la terrasse donne sur la mer et la montagne .elle est privative et surplombe les autres toits.c est très agréable. elle est très grande.....la nourriture est excellente et variée...fraîche et à volonté..leurs confitures sont merveilleuses....tout est fait maison j y serai resté indéfiniment...hotel que je conseille vivement

Il mio soggiorno presso il Central Hersonissos é stata forse una delle peggiori esperienze mai capitate durante i mie viaggi. Arrivo in hotel e giá dall'ingresso capisco che non é il massimo della pulizia, fatto il chek in vado in camera ed appena entro c'è un cattivissimo odore, guardo un pó la camera é noto subito che ci sono delle zanzare schiacciate sulle pareti e che non era stato spazzato/lavato bene il pavimento, in quanto trovo sporco sotto la scrivania. Poi vado in bagno e trovo della carta giá buttata nel gabinetto. Notato lo scarso stato di pulizia della camera, scatto delle foto e vado a lamentarmi alla reception, l'addetto, molto gentile, vede le foto e mi assegna un'altra camera. Quest'ultima é piú grande e meno puzzolente, ma in termini di pulizia lasciava a desiderare lo stesso. Dunque accetto il cambio, ma comunque dopo decido di scendere ed acquistare un detersivo sanificante ed uno straccio per pulire il bagno e le superfici di appoggio della stanza, in quanto nella vasca del bagno ho trovato zanzare morte, capelli e macchie. Per quanto riguarda gli spazi comuni sono sempre sporchi, i corridoi macchiati e con presenza di polvere, cosí come per l'ascensore. Una sera hanno lasciato nel corridoi una scopa con la paletta sporca, mentre un'altra sera ho trovato della polvere accumulata con un piccolo scarafaggio che ho dovuto schiacciare all'istante per non farmelo entrare in camera. In tutta questa sporcizia hanno il coraggio di dirti che le asciugamani si cambiano ogni 4 giorni. Inoltre aria condizionata e cassetta di sicurezza si pagano a parte (aria condizionata 6€ a notte). L'arredamento é vecchio ed il letto é una lastra di pietra. Altra cosa scomoda é la modalitá di chiusura della stanza, in quanto la chiave é attaccata alla scheda che occorre inserire nell'apposita fessura per attivare la corrente. In pratica la porta si chiude solo facendo le mandate nella serratura con la chiave, ma se no inserisci la scheda nella fessura non hai nemmeno un secondo di corrente elettrica, dunque la sera quando fuori é buio e non entra luce in stanza, per chiudere la porta dall'interno é necessario utilizzare la torcia del telefono altrimenti si è al buio. È un hotel assolutamente da evitare per chi é abituato a normali standard di pulizia. Le uniche cose positive sono state la posizione centrale e la simpatia e cordialitá degli addetti alla reception.

we were accommodated between 23.07.23-02.08.2023, in room 218: traces of crushed insects on the walls and ceiling, the ashtray and the soap holder were rusty, the bathroom door was damaged and the handle was broken, the towels and linen were being changed every four days, if you ask them for towels more often, they don't agree and they draw your attention,very noisy at night, loud music, young guests who don't understand what respect is for those who want to rest, the cleaning in the rooms is very poor, very bad cleaning management, the floor gets wet without warning, you can slip very easily, breakfast good, the breakfast staff tired and bored,in room 501 in the annex (next to the main body) no cleaning was done for four days, they took 4 towels and brought back only 1, no wax to wrap yourself in, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.the accommodation is disastrous, not worth the price paid. I do not recommend

totaly sheet,very bud ,dirty,noisy......ets never go again,stuff very bad and make noise every morning,we couldnt sleep,very bad hotel,rooms not clean,and food bud,its in good place in hersonissos close to the beach

Completely satisfied. The rooms are very nice and clean, the food varied and delicious and the staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is central and still quiet. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach and the shopping mile, where there are numerous bars and restaurants.

Couplé simple sans trop d'exigence mais là payer un circuit un certain prix pour arriver dans un tel hôtel non.merci . Mauvaise expérience pour une 1ere en crète. Heureusement la journée étions en excursion. Très mauvais accueil on a été largué sur la grande route avonscete obligé de traîner nos valises jusqu'à hôtel 300 à 400 m en groupe avec des personnes âgées et ça montait en plus. On nous a distribué des papiers et débrouillez vous pour trouver les chambres qui se trouvaient dans divers bâtiments... et la déception. Chambre exigues qui donnaient sur la rue juste devant les balcons des gens d'en faces aucune intimité. Une TV avec 1 chaîne française qui ne fonctionnait qu une fois sur trois . La salle de bain très rustiques. Rien pour poser nos affaires . Bac de douche avec rideaux. Quelle hygiène... quand vous vous dites su il se colle à vous quand vous prenez votre douche. Les robinet tout vert de gris le tuyau de douche moisit la barre rouillé et pour finir lit très dur et chambre sonore rien était isolé on entendait tout se qui se passait à côté Les couloirs en carrelages sympa avec les valises à roulettes quand les personnes quittent l hôtel a 4h du mat pour aller chercher leur car. Ça fait un boucan d enfer . La piscine c est un bassin au milieu des tables du restaurant ou on.se croirait à la cantine rien d'intéressant et rien à faire dans l hôtel quant à la plage tout est privatisé par les resto 7€ le transat en.sept par personne mais pas le choix si vous voulez profiter un peu de la mer . Conclusion hôtel à Fuir pour un minimum de confort et propreté
