芬卡羅莎布蘭卡咖啡農場及旅館(Finca Rosa Blanca Coffee Farm and Inn)

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé à moins de 30 mn de l’aéroport pour commencer son séjour au Costa Rica ou pour passer du sud ouest (Manuel Antonio - péninsule d’osa - uvita) au nord (la Fortuna et Monteverde) comme cela a été notre cas. Nous étions 5 et nous avons pu avoir deux villas reliées entre elles - avec un balcon suffisamment large pour bénéficier du dernier rayon de soleil et déguster tous ensemble un verre de vin blanc du Chili en regardant la végétation luxuriante. Le dîner était un peu décevant - le prix des main course et surtout du vin étant trop élevé à notre goût. Le point positif : la Visite de la plantation des 8:30 le lendemain matin très riche aussi bien par la végétation mais surtout par les explications sur la récolte et la fabrication du café - dont les origines lointaine d’Éthiopie font une des matières premières du Costa Rica (3eme exportateur mondial)

Buenísima experiencia, lindas habitaciones, para un relajo y tranquilidad a mil! Lo que más destacamos fue el tour que nos coordinaron con Diego González de la empresa Tauck, realmente un excelente guía, nos entregó todos sus conocimientos desde la flora y fauna hasta toda la cultura y geografía costarricense, quedamos fascinadas con el tour que hicimos al volcán Poas!

Excelente lugar! Gran tour por la finca y degustación de café. Buena comida y atención personal.

Paradiesisches Kleinod nur 20 Min. vom Flughafen entfernt, in den grünen Hügeln überhalb von San Jose, umringt von Kaffee-/Bananenpflanzen u. riesigen Bäumen. Vergessen sie die Hotels in der uninteressanten Stad**itte! Üppige Flora & Fauna in verwunschenem Biogarten-- Hot tub u. Pool with traumhafter Aussicht auf Tal & Stadt in der Ferne, unter Mangobäumen. Kolibris u. Schmetterlinge von aller Couleur überall! Sehr gute Küche mit leckeren lokalen Speisen, mit tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt von der Terrasse. Die Kaffeeplantagentour (2 St. lang) ist sehr empfehlenswert, zumal es wohl die einzige Bioplantage in Costa Rica ist. Das management hat vorbildliche Ethik, da sie auch eine lokale Schule unterstützen u. mit dem deutschen Öko-Kiwa-BCS Zertifikat ausgezeichnet sind. Jonathan war ein exzellenter und gut informierter guide, der aber nicht zuviel laberte (wie so oft bei Führungen der Fall ist ) . Danach wird man zu einem Kaffeeumtrunk mit Gebäck eingeladen, was auch jeden Nachmittag kostenlos serviert wird. Es war lustig, den Hühnerstall zu besuchen -- offensichtlich glückliche Tiere, die die Bio-Frühstückseier produzieren u. in angenehmer Haltung leben ;-) Summa summarum: Totale Abschaltung in exquisiter A**osphäre !

We enjoyed our entire trip in Costa Rica. This stay was the highlight of our vacation. We did several tours and enjoyed the beautiful weather. While we were on site, we spent most of our time in the restaurant and enjoyed breakfast lunches and dinners there. The food is excellent And I highly recommend Luis as a server he took care of us in every way . Excellent service!

We spent 6 days with our family Thanksgiving week this year. Grand kids are 7,8,10 and 15 and there was something for everyone! It was hard to leave after being pampered by staff wherever we went. Having three different villas gave us privacy and places to gather for games and informal pizza dinner. We had our own table for 9 in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was such a great way to start our day as we prepared for various excursions. From fresh juice and fruit to made to order eggs with traditional Costa Rican side dishes. We slept on very comfortable beds and woke to the sounds of birds while enjoying our French press coffee on our deck. Our little slice of paradise!

Finca Rosa Blanca is a nice get-away for a night or two. Bit of an adventure to get there but fun, just be patient and once you arrive you will be welcomed by the great staff running the inn and restaurant. The service was great as was the food. Definitely worth a visit.

The Finca is a good travel stop and boasts an organic coffee farm and an emphasis on eco-tourism. It’s a lovely property and the rooms well appointed but please note - they do not have A/C. The food in the restaurant was quite good and an a la carte breakfast with a first course of fresh fruit is included with reservations. The only caveat is that dinner prices are expensive and higher than can be justified considering the cost of products and labor in Costa Rica. The coffee tour was quite interesting and the guide a fount of knowledge. Just be aware that in general there is a good climb up through the coffee plantings to the coffee roasting etc building.

We stayed in a villa for 3 nights and it was absolutely gorgeous, 3 balconies, lovely view and felt very secluded. The bed were super comfy and jacuzzi baths. The pool its big enough to swim in but also has thoughtful landscaping, a waterfall and a hot tub. The waiting staff were always very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and they were accommodating to swaps for my son. Would highly recommend.
