伊拉克利翁州Kamares Cave附近住宿

We came to Crete for a wedding and stayed for a week at Irida. It's a great venue if you like being on the mountain overlooking the sea whilst you also have the nearest beach within walking distance along with all shops, restaurants and all kinds of services at Agia Pelagia. The hotel was clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful and the restaurant and pool bar also had plenty of options available any time of the day. The free yoga was also fantastic according to my partner.

I booked this hotel through AGODA and when I got to the hotel I was told that there was no reservation under my name. I had a confirmation and even an email from the Hotel, so I could not understand. The lady at the reception found me a room but said that could not assure all the stay because they were full. I complained and the manager did all the efforts to understand and found out that AGODA and booking are making reservations with the rates of Olympic Hotel (at Moires a city out of Heraklion), where they were expecting me, and the address of Hotel Olympic. Although it was also not their fault, they were tireless to understand the problem and help me with the booking. I managed to stay there the entire time. They were alaways very nice, the room was perfectly ok and the breakfast also ok for the price. The localization is excellent. A very good choice!

Υπέροχη εξυπηρέτηση, υπέροχη φιλοξενία, καθαρό και όμορφο περιβάλλον. Το πρωινό είναι πολύ καλό, η πισίνα καθαρή, τα δωμάτια μεγάλα. Μείναμε για 3 βράδια και το ευχαριστηθήκαμε. 與購物步行街衹有一個街區的距離，離海邊步行也衹有5分鐘，距離機場也衹有4公裏。套房很棒，有一個陽台。酒店整潔乾淨，原定的下午2點入住很貼心的給通知到上午十點就可以入住了。若還去克裏特島，一定還會選擇這家酒店。唯一欠缺的是沒有健身房。

I had a pleasant 7 night stay here at this accommodation while in Heraklion, Crete. It belongs to the Lato Boutique, which is the main hotel. The Annex is right opposite and required card access to enter. Room was the Economy room (15 sq. metres), a little on the small side, but good enough for a solo traveller. The room was right next to the stairwell and the lift, so there were times I could hear people moving about, but at night it was very quiet, and there were no sleep disruptions. Bed was comfy, air-conditioning was also good. The shower was also good, with shampoo and soap provided, though I noticed it was running a little low towards the end of my stay (i.e., no refills were done). I also appreciated that a luggage rack was provided, along with two bottles of water on check-in day. Fridge was big enough to fit lots of mineral water bottles to keep them cold, which would be a great reprieve in the summer time. Room safe was incredibly huge as well, it can easily store laptops securely, if needed. The elevator door got stuck on the day of check-out, but still worked, so not too big of an issue there. Wi-Fi requires a special code that you can get from the reception. My first code strangely stopped working after two days, but was promptly rectified after I informed the reception of the issue. There were no other connectivity issues for me. The hotel location is pretty near to the Venetian Port, and the Rocca Fortress; it is also walking distance away from the main shopping street in Heraklion and lots of good eating places nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to get water as well. It does get quiet at night, but I did not encounter any incidents that made me feel unsafe. My room came with buffet breakfast included, which is served in the main building. Breakfast starts service from 7 am onwards, and was generally quite crowded at the start. Depending on the crowd level, the staff will occasionally open up a new section of the dining area. Breakfast was generally good, there was a good spread of American breakfast items, to pastries, ham and cheese and even Greek yogurt with a lot of condiments. It varied a little bit from day-to-day, but was generally the same for the most part.

Δεν έμεινα στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά η εμπειρία μου μετά την συμπεριφορά που δέχτηκα πραγματικά ήταν η χείριστη. Σάββατο 3/06/22 έδιναν οι μαθητές μου το πτυχίο των αγγλικών τους στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Εγώ έγκυος στον μήνα μου και λίγες μέρες πριν γεννήσω τόλμησα να κάτσω στα σκαλιά του ξενοδοχείου για κάποια λεπτά. Ένας κύριος λοιπόν που μόνο ανθρωπος δεν αξίζει να χαρακτηριστεί （ρώτησα αργότερα και με ενημέρωσαν ότι ήταν ο διευθυντής του ξενοδοχείου） με πολύ θράσος και αγένεια μου ζήτησε να σηκωθώ από τα σκαλιά του ξενοδοχείου γιατί δεν επιτρεπόταν χωρις βέβαια κάποια δικαιολογία. Φυσικά και δεν πρότεινε καν να καθίσω στον εσωτερικό χώρο του ξενοδοχείου παρολο της κατάστασης μου. Όχι μόνο δεν θα πήγαινα για διαμονή σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο λοιπόν αλλά πλέον δεν θέλω ούτε απέξω να περνάω. Κατα τα άλλα τα 5 αστέρια τους μάραναν και ανθρωπιά και ευγένεια μηδέν!

一個基本但足夠的酒店,如果您需要靠近機場的某個地方,非常方便。接待很友好,效率很高。房間在小一邊,但對於我們所要的完全可以。儘管在機場附近,但相當安靜,我們睡得很好。儘管在晚上11點左右到達,我們仍然能夠吃到基本的一口,在我們的案例中,煎蛋卷非常適合我們的需要。淋浴很好。自助早餐有點基礎,但公道值7歐元。酒店有停車場,很實用。我們從來沒有嘗試過泳池。在小一邊看起來有點小。不是“目的地”酒店,但如果我曾經有晚班航班或早班航班,我樂意再次使用。

We had a wonderful time at Anna Apartments. It is very well located, close to a great sandy beach with warm water. Also, the bus station is just across the street so you can easily have access Heraklion or to other places (and bus stations are not that common in the area). The apartment that we had for 7 days was clean, cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. I liked the balcony, the kitchenette, also the hairdryer was super handy for a girl with medium-long hair. The bed and pillows were nice and soft. The mirror in the bedroom is very useful for when you are getting ready to go out. Now for the best part, the owner Yannis is the best host we've met so far. He is really kind and caring with all the guests, paying attention to their needs and making sure that they are having a good time, giving the best recommendations. He is also very funny and chatty. It was really pleasant for us to hang out with him and talk about literally anything. We are so greateful for the whole experience! Thank you, Yannis!

Everyone at the hotel is so lovely and accommodating! We had a trip on the Friday the lovely Maria helped us and phoned them for us. We but would have missed breakfast that morning because of pick up times, the staff brought us some breakfast and fresh coffee in a flask the night before so we didn’t go hungry! Really good selection of buffet food changing each night. Highly recommend going to the Greek night with the BBQ and dancers! We had great fun and the food was lovely. It’s held every Thursday. Nice sized pool. The area is nice and quiet. The staff allows drinks by the pool side. Small supermarket and bakery/cafe 5 mins up the road perfect for any small bits might need. Beach is roughly 15 minutes walk away and is nice clear water with plenty of cafes if you want a drink or something to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!
