Enjoyed our stay at this great hotel with the family! Great hotel, amazing staff and great location! 5 minute walk to the ferry port, 10 min walk into the city centre, bus stop conveniently right outside. Excellent location! Staff is super friendly and gave us the best advice to see the city, recommendations and assistance when needed. Thank you again to Christina, Sofia, Gregoris and the team! Will definitely visit again, you made our stay in Crete so memorable.

Sono stata in questo hotel per una settimana, all'inizio di agosto, insieme a mia sorella e una nosstra amica. La posizione è ottima, 8 minuti dall'aeroporto di Heraklion e vicinissimo al centro, 15 minuti a piedi e 5 in macchina. La nostra era una camera tripla con bagno e balcone, situata al secondo piano. Dovevamo arrivare il sabato ma per un problema con la compagnia aerea siamo arrivate il giorno dopo. Alla reception ci ha accolto un ragazzo che si è rivelato subito molto gentile, disponibile e simpatico e con il quale spesso di ritorno la sera scambiavamo volentieri quattro chiacchiere. L'hotel è dotato di un bar accanto dove la mattina è possibile fare una colazione molto ricca e nutriente per affrontare le lunghe giornate in giro per Creta. Non vi è un parcheggio dell'Hotel ma di fronte è molto facile trovare parcheggio e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. La camera anche se piccola era dotata di ogni confort. Dall'Hotel è molto facile raggiungere il porto e il centro, dove ci sono molti ristoranti carini e localini per la sera e il sabato mattina c'è un mercatino dove si possono comprare dolci tipici e vari souvenir, noi ci siamo sbizzarrite!!Spero di tornare presto😊

Fantastic. Dubious at first, but probably the closest thing to an airport hotel, with good basics you can’t take for granted in Crete, like a hairdryer, great AC, extra towels, and it was scrupulously clean. Close to pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, and the divine restaurant Taverna Vardis. Luggage storage, a cafe, nice patio kind of lounge for drinks even if facing the main road. Offered a breakfast you order the night before. For the breakfast, they set your table and have it waiting at the time you select. Good food, French Press style coffee. My mother was discharged from the hospital (hip replacement) straight to the hotel and they were SO helpful. Gave us privacy and support where we needed it. Tiny lift but worked a treat.

The location was perfect for the ferry. The beds were uncomfortable, it’s on a busy street, and the bar was not particularly accommodating. Our room was not ready and we had to wait over 30 mins for it despite arriving 2 hours after check in time.

The staff was professional and helpful. Everyone wore masks and hygiene was a top priority. The rooms were clean, cool, and quiet.

We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. We had to leave for the airport at 3:30 am. It was adequate. Had a nice little balcony facing the beach. It was very clean. Beds were comfy. But if you're leaving in the middle of the night it could be a little scary because the hotel isn't a 24 hour hotel. The price was right, but we almost had to let ourselves outside and lock up for them and possibly get locked out in case we needed to come back in to call for our cab again. But we didn't have to luckily. It has mainly what you need though but dated.
