蘭歌霍特飯店(Hotel Langaholt)

En pleine nature coincé entre glacier et mer, cet endroit est juste magnifique ! Fabuleux pour observer les zurores boréales ! Très jolie chambre avec balcon et accueil formidable par Simon un jeune français expatrié hyper sympa riche de précieux conseils sur la région qui est d'une beauté époustouflante ! Dîner local sur place très bon ainsi que petit déjeuner très copieux 👍

Le séjour s'est bien passé si ce n'est que le petit déjeuner était mal organisé et mal géré : pas de serviettes de table disponibles, plus de pâte à gaufres ni de sucre, les tasses devaient être récupérées sur d'autres tables par contre les tables étaient débarrassées rapidement Côté restaurant, repas bien chers

Wat een fijne uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Snaeffelsness. Wij verbleven hier twee nachten. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het dinerbuffet bood ruime keuze. Alles was vers en lokaal. Het ontbijtbuffet was simpel maar helemaal prima. Een hotel zonder poespas of poeha maar gewoon alles wat je nodig hebt. De douche was bijzonder fijn! Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader.

Curtains that do not cover the window and door adequately,letting the light right in. Overly expensive supper buffet (7000 isl) considering the very average food. Limited space in bathroom ,small sink.

When we booked the hotel the pictures looked amazing. We were so excited for our stay. Beautiful deck over looking the ocean. Awesome looking bathroom. The pictures of the food from the restaurant looked like wonderful food. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told we were in "the old building". The restaurant had changed and they only had a buffet available. The cost of the buffet was equivalent to $69.00 each Canadian. We were not very hungry and only wanted soup but not willing to pay that for soup. There are no restaurants nearby so ate power bars we had brought with us. Got to our room and wentback and asked for upgrade. Didn't happen. Shower was just a curtain beside the toilet but a squeegee was supplied to clean the water off bathroom floor. Paid a good price for this hotel. Extremely disappointed.

Rude owner and shabby room.

Hotel Langaholt was so cozy, the atmosphere was lovely. The weather wasn't to great on Snaefellsnes Peninsula when we were there--it was super windy and starting to snow. We spent quite a bit of time at the hotel and had our lunches and dinners there. Their food is delicious and their dining room and common areas are charming. Before we checked out, one of the owners even made sure we were aware of the weather and road conditions that were changing on our route. Would definitely recommend!

When we arrived the guy on reception could not find our booking on their system even though we had a confirmation email for the stay. The guesthouse is made up of new and old sections, the guest facilities like the breakfast/dining and bar areas are in the old section as was our room, the old section is in need of some serious TLC and money spending on it. The breakfast selection of food was small and unimaginative, there was no hot options. We would stay somewhere else when we come back next time.
