裡瓦精品飯店(Riva Boutique Hotel)

The view was not so nice, the room only got cleaned half the time i was there 2 out of 4 nights, the toilet was dirty sink blocked, and breakfast took 35 mins on day 1 for toast and bacon, so had to leave. wouldn't go back to see the view below. ps they said they would get the manager to call me, of course this never happened so i wrote my review.

We were fleeing much less comfortable accommodations The room was much too warm— it’s at the top of the hotel and it felt like the heat was still on despite the warmth and humidity of the day. I think we might have been the first people to use the fan in a while, because it was quite dirty when we pulled it out. Also there’s a minor problem with the shower in the room needing a repair— the door has come out of the track. Still, this was a comfortable, well cared for spot with a nice bar downstairs. The front of house, Christina, was especially lovely.

Ne pas prendre la chambre 4. La fenêtre est petite et donne sur un mur de lierre en plastique à 50cm. De plus elle ne s’entrouvre que de quelques centimètres. Il faisait 28° dans la chambre sans possibilité d’aérer. Dommage l’hôtel est sympa dans l’ensemble et le restaurant super.

Riva Boutique is a lovely old building that's been up fitted and dressed to feel comfortably modern. The colors and textiles are tasteful and it has a warm welcoming feel. The room was smallish with a towering ceiling and large vintage window to balance the space. The bed was very comfortable and TV easy to use. Loved the turntable!! The small bath was well appointed and functioned perfectly. The Highland soaps were fun! Thank you for a pleasant night in your lovely hotel!

just perfect from start to finish, lovely lady sorted out our bikes even though she had finished her shift, bar staff great, room lovely and food spot on. perfect place to stay before two days on the john muir way. couldnt rate high enough. the staff are a credit to you owners.

Unfortunately the night we stayed, the noise was intorable coming from room 6, party central is how l would describe it , this went on till 5am ,party songs as loud as you like, nothing done by night porter. In the morning we went home for a sleep.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was very small, but the bed was comfortable. The toilet/shower area was immaculate, however the rooms corner unit hadn't been cleaned properly and had a record deck on it ? No wardrobe just a unit with three hangers.
