The accommodations far exceeded our expectations! The beds and pillows were amazing! Each night we were there, we all slept well a woke the next day rested and ready for soccer! The hotel was very family friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming! We would definitely stay at the Ramada during our next visit to Helena!

When I booked months ago for an upcoming soccer tournament, I thought I was getting a nice hotel. At the time of the checkin the employee was very friendly and the checkin process was quick. Turns out when we got to our actual room it was in an older building with the motel style doors outside. I would have never booked if I knew that would have been a possibility, especially travelling alone with my kids. Thr room was not that was pictured in the photos. Yes, I did book economy, but not that cheap. The beds were not queen sized beds, the floors had stains on them, the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud. The outside motel light shinned into the window even with the curtains closed. The bathtub had chips in it. Hot water ran out fast. My daughter commented and said the room reminded her of something you see in a movie when you rent by the hour. I will not be staying there again for tournaments nor will I recommend for others.

This hotel was beyond disappointing across the board. We first went to our room to find the hotel outside door to get into the halls does not lock so strangers can wonder into the hotel hallways. The hallways were dark and filthy the carpet looks like it was from the late 80s with mold. The elevator was scratched all over and sticky on the floors which was for all three days we stayed there. Not by choice all the other hotels were booked. When we went to our first room to find the floor dirty a few stink bugs around the bed not well lit parking lot overall smelly and creepy feeling then we went we went to call the front desk the phone was unplugged. Once we got to the front requesting another room they only had a queen suite which they charged us a ton extra per night. We we got to the second room it was like stepping into the 80s with brown smelly carpet. Smelled like cigarettes. The drains didn’t drain when closing the blinds the blinds broke. Bodily fuilds were on the carpet and for the three days nothing was cleaning just the bed remade… very noise and felt dirty staying there between the dirty sag carpet to the smell getting into our clothes. There were creepy people watching my wife and I every night when parking not sure if employees or what but felt unsafe. Not the best location for walking unless you have personal protection. Truly beware as the name is about all that was good. Photos don’t match in person, beware never again never.

The property was horrible. It was dirty and felt very unsafe. When the heat was turned on a burning smell occurred and the fire alarm went off. There was a huge gap under the door and I felt very unsafe. I was there for less than ten minutes before going and asking for a refund. The lady at the desk was so sweet and understanding. I did not stay there.

I checked in, and when I went to enter the room with my key there was someone already in the room. It was very embarrassing. I went back to the desk and they gave me a different room. I opened the door to that room and the door hit the safety bar that the person inside used to prevent someone from entering. That was two rooms in a row that were occupied. It was extremely embarrassing. I will never stay there again!!!

The room was not as advertised. Construction going on right out the door. Someone was moving furniture above us at 1 in the morning. The head board was loose. If we moved at all it banged on the wall. Not one picture on the walls etc. we had a good time at the bar and the room was clean.

Bathtub had chips out of it and weird brown spots. Sheets were not clean. Very old building. TV was not plugged in correctly. It took 25 minutes for someone to come fix it. Weird buzzing noise all night long. Received a voucher for free breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. Husband had sausage biscuit with vravy. It was so salty he could not eat it at all. Will not stay here again.

Do not book an “economy” room. The rooms are not in the hotel they show photos of, it is down from the hotel in a motel style with all rooms having exterior entries. The room look nothing like any of the images provided or “potential” rooms. As a female who was traveling by herself, I did not feel safe in the “economy” room. I called and asked why this did not appear to be the same hotel and was told would need to pay $20 to upgrade to be in the “main” hotel. Just know the images are deceiving. Do not book the economy room unless you want to be in a motel.
