Staff at check in was very welcoming and nice, offered us welcome cookies, asked if we need anything else, always checks on us. Warm pool and perfect temp on jaccuzi. Bed is perfect. Great stay! Will update about breakfast tomorrow

What a pleasant surprise.. the hotel was very clean and well kept. The hallway even smelled nice. The front desk gal was wonderful and told us to try a couple great hot spots. Will definitely be staying again next year!
FYI If you are staying in tTownsend, this is a great option for a room! Worth the drive.

Hotel lobby and front desk area like an upgraded Motel 6. Maybe not that nice. Told me they were sold out of the room I reserved. Entire place smelled like smoke and elevator very dirty.

No fresh cookies. The shower was itty bitty with very low shower head. The soap dispensers in the room were completely out of product. The room was just meh

The front desk team at this property always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. And the early morning breakfast team never disappoints. Overall a great property that delivers a consistently positive experience.
