For the price paid I can't complain but with that said there were a couple of ants found in the bathroom l, room had a terrible draft from the door, the shower curtain had black mold on it. WiFi was spotty and TV wasn't hooked up when I checked in but I will reiterate you get what you pay for but for the price not too bad

Super sweet staff and great price for the hotel! Only thing is that the bathtub looked a little dirty and our friends got a room just like ours and their room was a bit nicer with a flat screen and an extra chair and updated lighting. Wifi was also pretty good. Would come back for how cheap it was!

Great place to stay and cheaper than most places. Could use a paint job and minor repairs. I would certain stay again. It was clean and neat. There was also a lot of things to do in the area.

DIRTY !! I seen the reviews regarding the cleanliness and dirty sheets. I should have listened. Based off the reviews as soon as we arrived I checked the sheets and it was very obvious they had not been changed. You could see the wrinkles where people had laid as well as dirt, stains and hair in the bed. The rest of the room had hair in several spots and really needs some work. Front desk clerk was nice and the bed was comfortable after I requested clean sheets and changed them myself. We booked last min. and there was much available in town. Luckily we were only staying 1 night until our cabin was ready. If you have other options I would not stay here.

The parking lot need to be repaving The hair dryer is a fire hazard busted plug told the staff he didn't seem to care?

It was a good price and also walkable to places. The door had issues with the handle. It was hard to get in. But other then that it was a nice stay

We were very happy with our stay, especially for the price. Was a little leary BECAUSE of the low price, but once we got there we were very relieved to find it so cozy. It's an old hotel, so we were not expecting a 5 star luxury resort by any means. But our room was very clean, (we have stayed at other hotels, paid twice as much for, that were filthy floors, dirty/stained towels & sheets, noisy and dealt with rude staff), but we found our room at the Alpine Valley Inn to be updated, clean and the jetted tub was the icing on the cake for us. We would recomend this hotel and if we're ever in Helen, Ga again, we will be staying here.

We had to cancel because we had the flu and we didn’t receive our money back. I thought that was kind of dirty specially, since it’s off-season and I canceled three days ahead of time.
