We traveled by train so this hotel was perfect, very short walk from the main station, maybe 150 feet. We did not know check in was 3:00 so paid 15€ to check in early taking a lesser room for the same price. IBIS allows early check in / late checkout for a 90€ annual fee. Breakfast was basic so we skipped that. Unfortunately McDonalds next door closed about 4 months earlier. As for lunch, the Thai restaurant (Asia Box) in the main station was very good and there is a grocery store in the station too. Our room on the 1st floor was small but clean with 2 beds. The bathroom was very small but this is the only room we saw. Street noise was minimal. Train, tram and bus lines converge here so you cant beat the location. I suspect they have parking for a fee but because we arrived by train, I am not sure.

For a hotel of this category, really incredible to find out that there is NO AIRCON in the rooms. Germany is hot in the summer months July and August and the rooms a expensive for not having aircon. Also information given from hotel in internet is miss guiding, as it mentions aircon as an amenity, but just the suit e and another privilege room has it. outrageous

這家酒店離城市很遠,但很平靜,酒店提供非常清的酒店公寓,接待在裏面真的很熱。四人房間大得足夠大,歡迎大家都不行,牀質量好,室很乾淨。附近有幾家餐館,還有一個超市,還有一個卡夫蘭的商店,還有一個汽油站,提供不可擊敗的價格(GB1,18€,在我們家1,44€....)。我建議閉眼。小獨特,要到酒店停車場,你必須乘車乘電,進入屋頂。實際上停車場位於酒店的屋頂。

我們住了三天兩夜 附近有火車站 距離酒店路程大約10分鐘亦有巴士可到達
這次是住了套房 有個小廚房，可以自己到超級市場購物，然後回酒店煮食 但是沒有職員在隔天打掃的
我們還到了市中心，逛逛那天還下雪
只是到最後一天有下雨的情況整體來說都OK

我們最後一分鐘預訂了這家酒店來海德堡,當我們去房間時,我們感到震驚,因爲房間準備得很好,很冷!裏面有空調!我們喜歡房間裏的所有東西。一切都很好。房間有陽台,空調,智能家居功能,帶nexflix的大平板電視,咖啡機,廚房和餐具。它像一室公寓一樣齊全。前台接待員也很友好。從Trip.Com狀態退房時間12點有錯誤,但實際上11點。然後我們沒有準備好,因爲我們認爲時間是12點。然後他們來了&給了我們時間退房。一切都很好,肯定會再來這個酒店。

DDoorOne就在山腳下，去景點方便。院子裏設施很好，有廚房，有牛奶和麥片等零食，都是免費的。衛生間環境好，公共休息室也不錯。可以洗衣服，總之非常不錯，海德堡也是非常好看非常值得一去的小城！

訪訪客This is an old-school European hotel that has been run by the same family for years. In fact, they were walking around breakfast greeting guests who had been coming for years. Although the furnishings are more old-school the service is top notch. The front desk, bellman, servers - everyone was extremely helpful and cheerful. It was a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of the town and our room was quite comfortable - the sitting area was nice to have so we could relax a bit before dinner. Breakfast was a great buffet with fresh squeezed juices and cheeses, meats, eggs, pastries and yoghurts.

GGeoff SExcellent location in the heart of the old town. Extremely pleasant and helpful receptionists and other staff. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was a bit ”strange” in that there was comparatively little food on display. Hot food was available but you had to ask for it. There was a traditional menu that wasn't much use if you don't speak German. The breakfast cost 19 euros which, in terms of value for money, wasn't good. After the first morning I ate breakfast in town. Regarding the room: it was difficult to open and close the curtains because they hung down a long way from a very high ceiling. Also, the main shower seemed to be hand-held only. Perhaps it wasn't, but that's how it appeared to me. I used the bath instead, which was very good. The room was generally quiet, but I was disturbed by people (students I assume) just walking along the street and talking. They certainly weren't rowdy.

CCANGCANG酒店就坐落在老橋一端 雖然沒有停車場 酒店會指導你聽到小鎮的最便宜的停車場 步行也就5分鐘 酒店早餐豐盛 房間舒適 主要坐落在老橋一端 離整個小鎮景區很近 步行一圈 30分鐘就把主要小鎮區域逛完了 還可以在內卡河前發獃看日落

訪訪客用戶Wow. What a beautiful hotel with the nicest and most helpful staff I think I have ever met. So we were actually meant to be staying in an apartment in Heidelberg but the owner got in touch a few days before to say that there was an issue with it and can we stay in their sister hotel the BS boutique. We knew there had been lots of flooding the weeks before and I’m not sure if that is why but as we were offered a free breakfast and a partial refund we didn’t want to cause any stress so we accepted the hotel. Very glad we did as it was stunning and super clean with fantastic staff. Everything in this hotel is quality. The doors and windows had amazing sound proofing. Totally quiet at night and the comfiest beds and pillows. A big thank you for making our trip to Heidelberg special. It’s a beautiful city.

訪訪客Fortunately, we're able to cancel our reservation, literally the last minute for free. The hotel staff was really unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful upon our arrival. One of the ladies behind the check in counter barely spoke English. We had to wait 30min before our rooms would be ready, she did not offer us to put away our luggage (after I asked we were shown in the o the storage room, nobody helped us carry the bags..ans the room was left with the door open and without any surveillance from the staff). There was no clean glasses by the water container. As we sat on the hotel restaurants terrace to wait, nobody came to ask whether we wanted anything to dirnk. We then went to check out the roof top terrace. It was dirty, full of dried leaves... No access to wc. After these few disappointing experiences within 30min upon our arrival, we decided to give friendly feedback to the staff and see our options for cancelation, especially if we're not offered a proper excuse and/or upgrade. We were told that they're very busy and that that's the reason they can't deliver good service (note: their main job in this industry is to serve their guests, us, thus). WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE, BOTH AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER, AS WELL AS RESTAURANT AND ROOFTOP. Very happy with our decision to cancel this reservation and to have found a much better place to stay in the town center (Qube Bahnstadt was really far from the old town).

訪訪客Overall a very fine hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location if you are planning on traveling by train or FlixBus since you are very close to their stations. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and well operated. We also ate once for dinner ate at the hotel restaurant and the hamburgers and fries are exceptional. (We had young adults in our group.) The Executive Lounge has a great view of the river if you have access. One warning. If you need an accessible bathroom, this is NOT the place for you. The showers are old school in a high wall bath tub. The other caution is the location is not adjacent to the Old Town. You may need to use buses, trams, or Uber/taxicab.

訪訪客Convenient location with easy access to both Autobahn and historic Heidelberg via tram stop just outside the door. Free, safe parking. Hotel owners trained in USA and speak fluent English. Unusual for a traditional German hotel, clean rooms are air-conditioned and accessible by elevator. Comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. Wonderful breakfast included in price. Bar offers great food and astounding variety of spirits and cocktails. Car aficionados: take note of hood ornaments displayed in typically ”gemütlich” restaurant Stube. Wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Highly recommended!

訪訪客I think this is a Hotel that could be easily overlooked. It is on top of a parking garage. But once you take the elevator to the hotel it looks nothing like the dingy and grimy outside of the parking garage. It is most welcoming decorated. The hotel staff was very friendly and english is no problem (I wouldn't be surprised that even other languages are spoken by the staff). Our room was very clean and had a great view of the castle and some of the historic buildings surrounding the hotel. The breakfast had a great selection of German cold cuts, fruit, cheese and many other things. The close proximity to the middle of town and to the Funicular to the castle (and the Christmas markets) makes this a great pick. I will makes this my hotel of choice when I return to Heidelberg.
