海德堡高級賓館飯店(Boardinghotel Premium Heidelberg)

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

Overall, it's good to stay there. Comfortable.

위치가 조금 아쉽긴 하지만 그걸 포기한다면 정말 최고의 호텔. 근데 위치도 어차피 트램으로 15분 이내 거리라 충분히 괜찮았다고 봅니다. 시설이나 응대나 정말 최고

Mein Zimmer war sehr neu ausgestattet und geräumig. Insgesamt war es sehr sauber, aber unterm Bett wurde schon länger nicht gewischt. Trotz moderner Ausstattung hörte man alle Geräusche von draußen. Die Lager an der Hauptverkehrsstraße mit abbiegender Straßenbahn ist für den Rühe gewöhnten Menschen eher störend. Nächstes Mal würde ich ein Zimmer nach hinten raus bevorzugen.

I am staying in Heidelberg for one month for a Masters seminar. I rented two nights there and was planning to stay longer there. The first night I stayed there, they gave me the wrong room I booked, and instead gave me a bigger room. The door was open and it was easy for me to enter wrong room. HIGHLY UNSAFE FOR HOTEL guests, since anyone can go inside any room. When they noticed, they instead of giving me my correct room, they said I can stay in the bigger room, with the rule of giving them an excellent review, since they were lazy to clean the room again. There was a sign that we needed to leave the plates clean, but there was no message of a fine in case we didn’t leave the plates clean. The second night, we had Prosecco with fresh berries and didn’t clean the glasses. In other hotels, I am willing to pay a cleaning fee if needed. They sent me a message by WhatsApp saying to not come back to their hotel anymore. Luckily I was able to book another hotel in the city in the last minute. Very sad and very unprofessional.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Trotz Lage an Hauptstraße ruhige Zimmer. Einrichtung ist modern und praktikabel, Kitchenette mit Nespressomaschine und Wasserkocher funktional. Unterkunft sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal.

Modern en aangenaam appartement op openbaar vervoer afstand van het centrum (25 min) Schoon appartement en vriendelijk personeel. Prijs kwaliteit uitstekend. Parkeergarage beschikbaar, vergt wel goede chauffeur, banden met profiel en niet al te grote auto vanwege steile op/afgang en glad wegdek. Prima locatie om Heidelberg te bezoeken.
