裡欣頓飯店(Rissington Inn)

Beau domaine - Très belle chambre avec une belle intention (boisson, petits gâteaux). La nourriture est excellente et très bien présentée. Par contre, manque au moins 1 serviette, des tisanes et un coffre fort. Petit déjeuner servi un peu tard lorsque l'on doit partir de bonne heure en excursion. Nous avions demandé à mettre la bouteille que nous n'avions pas finie au bar fin d'après-midi sur une table pour le diner. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour le repas, notre bouteille avait disparu de la table et des personnes étaient installées. On nous a fait comprendre que nous n'étions pas là à l'ouverture du restaurant donc..... C'est un hôtel pour les anglophones, pas de sourire sauf par une personne qui balayait les marches.

Vous arpentez un chemin catastrophique pendant 1 kilomètre et vous vous dites où je suis tombé. Vous arrivez dans un parc charmant. L'accueil à notre arrivée fut chaleureux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Tous les équipements sont top. Une boisson de bienvenue nous attendait dans notre chambre. La literie est ultra confortable. La restauration du soir vaut vraiment le détour. Digne d' un semi gastronomique Et le petit déjeuner du matin est top. La piscine est top donnant sur une grande prairie. Rien à redire et pourtant je suis assez critique.

Wir haben im März 2022 drei Nächte im Rissington Inn verbracht. Sehr liebevoll gestaltete Anlage. Die Suiten sind ein Mini Apar**ent, unsere war die Sycamore Suite. Insgesamt sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Die Bar ist schön eingerichtet. Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze für den Mietwagen. Die Lage ist optimal zur Erkundung der Panaroma-Route und Self-Drive Safari über das Phabeni Gate. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Wij verbleven 3 nachten bij Rissington Inn, in de Garden Suite Double. Mooi uitzicht en dagelijks goede schoonmaak. Tevens zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, we lieten per abuis onze autosleutel in de auto liggen waarna deze op slot zat. Ze regelden een slotenmaker, een late checkout, een verblijf om de aankomende nacht te slapen en communicatie met de volgende lodge. Dat voelt warm en hartelijk! Het ontbijt was dagelijks erg lekker en het zwembad wordt iedere ochtend keurig schoongemaakt. Dit verblijf is zeker aan te raden.

Un agréable séjour au coeur de cet hôtel magnifique. La nourriture était exquise, le service super agréable. Le Wifi était convenable. Nous avons même eu un problème de pneu crevé et la manager s’est chargée de régler et d’appeler la compagnie pour nous. Je recommande vivement à quiconque passe dans la région.

Super séjour dans ce magnifique lodge, très bien équipé dans un écrin de verdure et de tranquilité. La piscine est un vrai plus. De plus le restaurant est délicieux. On recommande vivement cet établissement.

I loved staying here! Breakfast and dinner are included, and if you are going on an early morning safari tell the desk and they will prepare you a breakfast cooler to take with you. (We were the envy of our safari group and had the best breakfasts by far!) The staff is friendly and helpful with wine and food choices. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Nice seating area indoors and out for tea/coffee/wine. Bathroom was good but be advised the shower is outside. Still nice and private though! The food was awesome and they have vegan and vegetarian options available for every meal. Breakfast is a delightful buffet with the opportunity to order eggs, etc. Dinner is typically 3 courses unless you choose to omit something. This location is very well kept, lush, and a joy to just lounge in. It’s very convenient for the safari tours at Kruger to stop in for pick up and drop off. I would recommend for families and friends on trips.

Rissington, feels like our home from home. We were lucky enough to spend a good deal of time there away from the UK winter. As always welcoming and warm a**osphere. Shirley and crew were fantastic. Accomplished management of bar and restaurant. We had some great fun and interesting conversations on the bar stoep! The food is fantastic. There was nothing on that menu that I didn’t like, however the crumbed fillet is my favourite. Aside from meat the vegetarian and vegan menu also very tasty. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Highly recommended and we will be back.

For those of us of a certain age and who aren't interested in a high tech holiday, Rissington Inn ay Hazyview provides the ideal location to sit back, unwind, relax and refresh. The hotel is set in spacious grounds with terrific views and an a**osphere that is just right. Don't be put off by the somewhat bumpy driveway as once you arrive at the hotel itself you find yourself in an oasis of tranquility. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a garden suite which was extremely spacious and pleasantly cool in the extremely hot weather. The only downside was the lack of power from the outside shower which was a shame but acceptable. The bar/restaurant area is located in the main building a short walk away where you can meet and chat with other guests. The food is of excellent quality with a lovely touch on Valentines Day of a specially themed menu. A special shout out to Natasha who is a lovely bubbly and vivacious character and who went out of her way to be extremely hospitable. We really can't wait to return but next time for a longer stay.
