Best Western Plus Butterfield Inn

Ok the road construction is a mess. That is not the hotels fault so negative there but good grief Kansas your “new”round-a-bouts are way worse than Colorado and there’s are dreadful. The hotel. Our room was very clean. Comfortable chairs. Bed was really comfy and that’s is a difficult one for me to like. Overall I loved my stay less the stupid construction.

Hotel very nice. Had too wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Not good after being on the road for 11 hrs. Then there wasn’t any luggage carts available. Had to wait another 10 min for someone to bring one back. The young man who checked us in was very nice but he had no help and not enough luggage carts

Horrendous. We were traveling through and needed a place to stay for the night. The rating was suggested to be good- however when we arrived it was all downhill from there. The front desk person checked us in and was unpleasant. A sign in the lobby should have been a sign because it mentions no unregistered guests after 7pm, no lingering in the parking lot or outside your room! That is shady! Once he gave us our key, he said it was on the corner. It was in the back corner of a dark and unwelcoming corner. When we opened the door, cockroaches ran! The room also smelled disgusting. We immediately returned to the office, and I refused to stay in the hotel at all. The agent said he would cancel our reservation and did not! Now I have been charged for a hotel I did not stay in and have been trying to dispute it with the website. DO NOT STAY HERE.

easy to find and convenient to interstate but also few food choices. "Mobs" of starlings to poop on cars. Defective washer would not accept coins. Staff would not refund the lost quarters. He said day manager had to do it. Never saw manager nor received refund. Did not receive a statement for for the stay.

Low water pressure, hard mattress.

The hotel was pet friendly and next to the interstate. They had breakfast included. The only dislike was the water that came out of the sink had a bad odor to it.

This stay was very comfortable and a clean place to stay. Staff were very friendly. Thank you

Pet friendly hotel, reasonably sized rooms, staff was friendly, and the morning breakfast was better than expected. Would stay overnight again.

I usually stay at the Best Western. About five months ago I stayed at this hotel in Hays, and the jacuzzi (hot-tub) wasn't working. Six months later is still not working... Can you advertise that on your website at least? I have another overnight stay tomorrow, and of course will skip this hotel...
