主教郊外小屋舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Bishops Lodge)

From the friendly checkin to the availability of a washing machine and dryer there’s nothing to fault. Lovely clean room, nice shower and comfortable bed and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Our only negative would be the parking, although there’s a lot the uneducated who park other guests in was our only worry. We knocked on the offenders door and They moved but seemed totally oblivious to parking at the side of the room for them to park in. If you’re in Hay I highly recommend staying here. There’s a restaurant onsite which we didn’t need as we have family in the town but we opt to stay here because the staff make the stay enjoyable

The reception lady Di was fantastic. I accidentally booked on the wrong days through Wotif and she not only got us a room right there and then, but changed the booking dates for me so I didn’t have to go through Wotifs processes. The room was beautiful and the bed had lovely clean sheets. The bathroom was very cleanly and the tiles were spotless. Wet much recommend!

From check in to check out, first class. Friendly staff and dinner was great in the restaurant. The room was modern, very comfortable and well appointed. Only negative was noise from trucks on highway however I’ll buy some earplugs and will be staying there on the way home.

Room was overall fantastic. Bed was comfortable, room a decent size & modern with a great tv. Bathroom was very nice. Cold tap a little noisy though. Only downer was smoke coming under the door from people smoking on either side of our room….it wasn’t very nice. Had to put pillows by the base of door to prevent the horrible smell coming in. Time for smokers to have own area away from the rooms.

No staff presence on site and very little timely communication about what to expect on arrival. Facilities are well maintained and very clean, but basic.

Beautiful motel with beautiful staff! We loved our stay here. Had dinner in the restaurant and the meals were huge, neither of us could finish them! Very comfortable bed and great room! Will definitely stay again if we ever travel that way again!

The young waitress at dinner was a breath of fresh air, cheery and polite, too.

Friendly staff and easy walk to South Hay Hotel for a great pub meal. Rooms are clean and quite new.
