Oh my goodness, if I could have changed hotels I would have. I did not feel safe at all, there were junkies everywhere outside the hotel (near the carpark, stairs to the shops next door) and not sure if they were 'residents' but a lot of others in the motel who I didnt feel comfortable around. The walls are paper thin and I spent the day listening to someone yelling next door, and the evening - till 1am listening to their TV (which was on normal volume) through the wall. The bed was extremly uncomfortable and the room was drab and smelled like vapes or cleaning product. Would never recommend this place. I am only putting this review on to let others know if they want to feel safe and secure, this is not the right location.

The receptionist at check out was extremely rude, I also was travelling with my partner who has a spinal cord injury and needed certain bathroom items and was told the room would accommodate those needs, they weren’t The place is run down and old and very expensive considering there are no amenities Will not recommend it

Both nights of our stay we were awoken by an intoxicated group in the car park directly outside our accommodation. There was no onsite staff, no number for security and call to police was required. Left message with message service and still have had no contact. Do not recommend and will never stay there again.

self-check in hotel, but staff didn't send check in key code during operation hours, phone contact numbers were silent. Fan in toilet didn't work, room service were awful, stay 3 nights, only 2 towels were provided.

I didn't like access into the property as being disable it is very hard with the steps have a ramp one end but to get up to the lift their is stairs no matter which way you went.

The new rooms are super clean and well appointed for the star rating. Jay at Reception was outstanding and went above and beyond - brilliant customer service. Excellent location for sport in the immediate area.

After being given keys to 2 unusable rooms I was upgraded to a suite that was unable to be secured from the inside and a rusty microwave which for health reasons was unusable. The curtains could not be closed and the toilet seat was unstable only anchored on one side. These are my main concerns but there are others.

The carpark was full after returning later around 9pm. Accommodation was simple but tidy did the job

Beds were comfortable, however propety run down. Cooker didn't work, t.v remote didn't work, and the shower wasn't hot. It wasn’t expensive, but facilities should be in working order. Lady on front day (Donna?) was helpful.

It would have been good to have something to wash the cups and glasses with and extra bin liners.

Not a bad place. For a place built in the 1970s, it was pretty good. Close proximity to the Hawker shops, and a nice cafe to have breakfast, is really handy.

Visit was disappointing as toilet didn’t flush & tap to toilet was leaking.

Very spacious two bedroom apartment; very convenient location for what we needed; local coffee outlet and restaurants in the hotel precinct, were able to provide excellently for us during our stay. The location also provided an easy, straightforward and quick exit from Canberra on to the Barton Highway for our 1000km road trip home to South Australia.
