Great location! The property could put little more effort to make little adjustments to make the room look better. For example, the shower head was calcified and blocked and I didnot have a good shower on the days I stayed. It costs less than 10% of the nightly rate that they could have changed it. The bathroom was cleaned but it could have been cleaned regularly in the past as it's hard not to notice the stains on the floor.
Besides this, it was an excellent stay, the staffs tried to help, although one of the staff I felt not so a good attitude. Less sea food options for an island hotel. But gotta give it to the owner that being the only property to provide affordable rates with a pleasant location while the rest charge double the price.
Overall, I'd give 4/5 for the price and location.

Green Valley Resort in Havelock ( Swaraj Dweep) presens a mixed bag for travellers. Its strongest asset is undoubtedly its location, with many guest raving about its proximityto the beach,often a private one, offering beautiful views and direct access for relaxation and enjoying sunrises and sunsets. It's also conveniently location for exploring popular spots like Kalapathar Beach and Radha Nagar Beach. Excellent Location close to the beach, often with private beach access and scenie views best for candle light dinner and as much better for couple privacy. Good for families. staff and service reviews is very good they are very well being natured and helpful for the guest and price of the resort is in your budget. come and havelock becuase Green Valley Resort might be an option for the guest

Worst stay I have ever had. Very dirty rooms , mattresses and also pillow covers stained. It stink and looked like there were parts of gutka on them. The bathroom had horrible hygiene. The room service needs to be improved.

We had booked this hotel for 2 nights.It is the worst hotel we have ever stayed,they are running with very less staffs,not maintained properly and poor in cleanliness.Staffs are very unhelpful,rude.Hotel needs to evaluate options for improving with general facilities.There was no one to manage desk.We had asked the lady owner who was sitting next to the reception regarding some query.She shouted out and reacted so badly .It was totally unaccepted behaviour from an owner of the hotel.Apart from this,we had paid 5k for Candle light dinner,the set up was horrible,no flowers nothing.It was the worst experience in my entire life.Service was so slow,we had to wait 30mnts for our next dish.It was a terrified moment for us.If anyone planning to visit in this resort our suggestion will be don’t come to the hotel,not value for money.I wanted to write more but it is waste of my time.Consider me,do not go with Green valley .

The resort was poorly managed. No cleanliness in the room. The bedsheet was torn and dirty. Upon asking multiple times, they agreed to change the sheet. The bathroom was horrible, with leaking and rusted taps, shower etc. No almira in the room. Broken and age old dirty plastic chair. We did not feel like spending time inside the room. Overall bad experience. Its adjacent resort is much better managed but green valley people do not want to learn or put any effort to make it better. I strongly suggest green valley people to learn from their neighbours how to make it a better place and pleasant stay for the tourists. Until then, i would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is a complete disappointment. WiFi doesn't even reach the rooms, which is very frustrating. The cleanliness is nonexistent, and the rooms are in terrible condition—old, broken, and poorly maintained. It feels like they haven't updated or fixed anything in years. Not worth the stay at all!
