"Tilar Siro at Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) is a gem. It's located right on the seashore. The beach in front of it is rocky but a swimmable beach is just to the right only a few steps away. No one but the hotel guests seem to visit that beach so it's kind of private. For the best views, select first floor rooms on sea-side cottages. Rooms are spacious with a large bathroom. High speed wi-fi available in the rooms, we got 150-200 Mbps speed. Now coming to the main part, the services. All the services and staff are excellent. We weren't denied any extra requests. They were not extravagant demands but hotels these days deny simple requests easily. Front desk staff are polite and helpful. They helped with renting scooters and arranged to have them dropped and picked up from the hotel itself, saved a lot of time. Swimming pool is good and kept cleaned. Housekeeping was neat and perfect. Restaurant and mocktail bar staff are super efficient and humble. We had some of the best mocktails and food there. Try pizza and pasta apart from usual buffet dinner/breakfast at the restaurant, it's too good. Ask for Piña Colada mocktail. We had one of the best virgin Piña Colada here. Making it this good even when it's not on the regular menu is an achievement and speaks a lot about expertise of the bartender. Head chef is an expert and a very polite and jolly person. We had 1 lunch, 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners at their inhouse restaurant and they were all excellent. Food in terms of taste, quality, freshness and variety is top-notch. They have live music at the dinner time. The artist has a good voice and excellent choice in songs. He took many requests and performed well with his guitar. It added good vibes to the excellent dinner experience. Definitely recommended. Travel time: first week of May"
