Having booked our anniversary experience and chosen Cuba as our choice of destination from our bucket list, we were SO thrilled to have picked MYSTIQUE REGIS Boutique Hotel by Royalton as our preferred choice of stay. This beautiful newly refurbished boutique hotel in the heart of Old Havana was perfectly located with access to all key tourist and local sights, vintage car experiences, eateries and of course a comfortable and super clean rooms to come back to after a long day of sightseeing! Beautiful rooftop for sunrise brekkie to provide you with awesome City views! This is a must for daily starts.. Now most importantly the Welcoming staff were the epitome of Cuban hospitality. Always there to help and guide no matter how small or big the problem like booking taxis, site seeing, restaurant recommendations and moreover endlessly trying to help us communicate with the lost and found airport people who lost our luggage sadly! But that’s another story! Big shout out and THANK YOU to the Mystique Team Kim, Arianna, the marketing butler team and all the lovely reception ladies and bell gentlemen! 著名的景點Acuario Nacional、Solways和Iglesia de Jesus de Miramar均可步行很短距離到達。從飯店到Faro di Capo d’Orlando遊覽很方便，331 Art Space和Cuban Spirits也均在附近。飯店提供的休閒設施，旨在為旅客營造多姿多彩、奢華完美的住宿體驗。

Humberto and the other staff members were very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The service was friendly, quick and accurate, and the food was fresh and tasty. This was a very pleasant evening meal experience in Havana. THANK YOU !!

酒店的遊樂場非常漂亮,環境優美。非常力的早餐工作人員,服務很不錯,根據我的判斷,晚上只剩下一點點動畫。我會回來!!!

有個年紀比較大的女前台務極差，當客人詢問問題時，愛答不理。諮詢WiFi問題，不給解決方案，當客人說能否購買時，才回答能購買。但當顧客掏錢購買時，卻又說買不了，需要等。在後麪顧客多次詢問WiFi能否購買的期間，趁着語言不通，忽悠顧客索要小費。而且在房間無法使用WiFi，衹能在大廳使用。WiFi按小時收費。房間沒有熱水，無法洗熱水澡。

Excellent stay in this hotel, excellent food, the treatment of all the staff the same in the restaurant as in the bar, in folder, very attentive security and the service was great, I remember some names like: Elizabeth, Amanda, Arocha, Cristina, Edgar, Yoan, Daylen, Nancy, etc. in order it would be to name everyone in the hotel. Cómo cuando amas tanto que los pequeños defectos pasan desapercibidos,o como cuando regresas a casa y el calor de hogar cala tus huesos ... así me sentí al llegar al Hotel, el evidente paso del tiempo no pudo evitar la magia infinita del lugar, el mar te invita a escuchar y puedes sentir el sentido de pertenencia de sus trabajadores que debajo del nasobuco te reciben con una sonrisa sincera que decora sus ojos,la cinta rosa para recién casados en la puerta de la excelente cabaña junto a la piscina fue una sorpresa exquisita, la comida era sencilla, pero tan bien elaborada que cada bocado era una invitación a recorrer el sitio lleno de historia y vida ...en estos tiempos en que se impone la paz y hemos aprendido a valorar lo que realmente importa , visitar el Viejo y el Mar ha sido una experiencia enriquecedora que nunca olvidaré, solo pienso en regresar y en compartir con todos lo que me hizo sentir mi estancia allí...solo basta con poner el corazón en neutro, el lugar y profesionalismo de la gente que lo trabaja se encargarán de hacer el tiempo memorable!! ❤️

這裏真的是一家非常可愛的酒店,位於哈瓦那舊城(Old Havana)中心。 我對這裏的評論是優缺點有都,這裏的有點是:(1)地理位置——這家酒店地理位置十分優越(你從房間裏可以看到革命博物館(museum of the revolution)、藝術博物館(art museum)和國會大廈(capitolio)),這家酒店裡麪還有一家旅行社。 (2)這裏的游泳池(和景色)都是哈瓦那(Havana)最棒的,而且,(3)這裏所有的員工都非常熱情,願意為你做任何事來幫助你。 這裏的缺點是:我們住在這家酒店新樓的一間房間(酒店有一棟舊樓,有一棟新樓,中間由一條走廊連接了起來)。我們的房間雖然相當寬敞,每天都有人打掃,但確實有些地方已經比較陳舊了(地毯上有污漬,等等)。此外,雖然這家酒店是五星級酒店,但也要考慮到這家酒店的大環境是位於哈瓦那(Havana)——以歐洲的標準來衡量的話,這裏頂多衹能算是3-4星級酒店(不過仍然是哈瓦那(Havana)最出色酒店之一)。
