長島哈帕克麗筠飯店(Radisson Hotel Hauppauge-Long Island)

The hotel was clean, although there was a dance competition and it was noisy with young girls.

it was a nice experience for what it was worth

Did not clean room; did not supply requested room supplies; floor lamp broken; could not get AC to adjust; bathtub dirty though shower worked well; fabric on furniture torn and ripped, looking rather gross; ongoing internal renovations seemingly EVERYWHERE; parking lot and grounds torn up; during rain storm lobby and hallways kept leaking; had to get room key reprogrammed every day we were there because locks kept jamming; in general this place should not be taking reservations till they bring the place up to snuff!!!!

Il semble que cet endroit soit laissé a l'abandon... gym non fonctionnel, atm hors service, aucun controle pour la température dans la chambre, robinet de douche qui ne tient pas.... etc... au moins le personnels est gentil.

I stayed at this hotel only one evening for my daughter dance competition. Once I arrived I was so tired so I decided to have a drink at the bar. There was no one there. After waiting for 5 minutes, I went to front desk and ask someone to call the bartender. She showed up, she did not want to be there. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but I was there to have a drink. She was awful. I ordered one margarita. Only one. She put the mix in in glass and started shaking it so it will mix. It splashed and fly all over her fingers, bar counter and floor. She was surprised herself. Then she poured it in martini glass. So half of my drink was still in the glass. She charged me $20 and I wished her best of luck. My room. There was a big crack in the sink. I am not sure where the water was going. It wa only two of us, but one shampoo, one body wash, one conditioner. Don’t stay there. That’s my point.

Unfortunately the bathroom was in a bad state. Toilet was difficult to flush & required maintenance on our first night. Bathtub and faucet was not clean. Both our room keys stopped working the same night we checked in. Pool was not operational. Due to these conditions I aborted the remainder of my reservation. Staff & management was friendly & helpful but the facilities were sub par.

Air conditioner unit in room didn’t work. Was stuck at 74 all night. TV was small 24 inch that was static on most stations. Bathroom door looked like it was kicked in from the bottom. Headboard was covered in grease. Receiver on phone in room was cracked in half. Had maintenance called up for the air and it couldn’t be fixed, and was told the TVs are old and that’s just how the picture comes out. Paid for the breakfast with our reservation and they had no record of it so I fought to get vouchers (do not pay $16 for what was offered). Pool was under maintenance, and ATM in lobby didn’t work. Told the front desk the issues we had to the room and their only response was “sorry, thanks for letting us know”. The only reason we stayed here was for a Dance Competition that was being held there but we’ll never stay again. Stay away from here.

The hotel is rundown and falling apart. The jacuzzi doesn’t work and there are rocks at the bottom of the pool. The AC in my room wouldn’t shut off - housekeeping came to look at it and never sent the engineer to fix the thermostat, didn’t put us in a different room, nothing. The ceiling is falling off. The rugs are filthy. They took the dirty towels and didn’t replace them with new ones. The coffee machine didn’t work. The tv was from 1997 and had no reception to get cable TV channels. The curtains were filthy… don’t stay here

Didn’t realize pool wasn’t open when booked and showed pics of the lobby and rooms. Carpet. Reds to be replaced throughout hallways and it smelled. Ice machine out of order etc. staff were friendly for a positive tip.
