哈斯丁斯旅館(Hastings House)

Very comfortable bedroom. Well dressed comfy bed. Really good shower pressure, nice fluffy towels. Quiet within the hotel, some outside noise but to be expected for the location at the seaside. Easy parking for us at the weekend. Very nice included breakfast. Delicious full English but I think other stuff is available. Lovely owner and staff. Dining room a treat. Very hard to fault this place. One small gripe seeing as nowhere can ever be 100%, the room was far too warm for us. For others maybe a bonus point. Overall if ever we are back in Hastings I'd like to stay here again. Lovely Italian restaurant within 50 yards and lots of antique/ vintage shops nearby. 20 yards from the promenade.

Gorgeous b&b by Hasting Seafront, with lovely host and very cute pup. Rooms are lovely and comfortable with modern furnishings and added extras such as stocked mini fridge, tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries etc. We stayed in room 6 at the very top. Lots of stairs to get there but worth the wait. Bath big enough for 2 was amazing.

The room was small, clean and the bed was comfortable. We were disappointed with the owner's attitude. I telephoned her beforehand to explain that we needed to park the car near the property as my husband had a mobility problem and found walking painful. She asked me to cancel our orignal booking (which I did), so that it was booked directly through her and we could have 2 free parking places (re: text). On arrival, we discovered we were on the 2nd floor leaving my husband with a horrendous climb to our room with our heavy case. We explained that my husband should not climb stairs as he had undergone a difficult operation on his ankle. The owner was quite annoyed and stated that if we did not stay for the 2 nights, she would be out if pocket! She said that we should have realised that there were stairs in view that it was a Victorian property. As there was no mention of stairs on her website we assumed that there was a lift. Also, knowing about his mobility, she would have flagged this up when I spoke to her on the telephone. Incidently, we were never given the free car parking place.

This was a great spot. Everthing was awesome. We were on the top floor, 57 steps. We were fine with it but if you can not maneuver steps well, request a lower floor.

Had a lovely stay at this great B&B. Lovely room, lovely owners and a fab breakfast. Couldn’t ask for any more

Friendly service attention to detail was excellent, breakfast and the choices were amazing more like an up market hotel than a B&B

Ian and Bev were so welcoming when I came to stay at Hastings House. I stay at hotels approx once a month but this is one of the cleanest and definitely has more facilities than others. Have recommended to others!

Ian was very welcoming, location was excellent and close to places to eat within a short walk. Room was very comfy and clean, great bathroom and good Wi-Fi

Situated by the beach Room was very clean had all I needed & en-suite shower room Ian the owner very helpful Breakfast lots of choices All in all a lovely stay would recommend
