Very friendly staff, excellent food, brilliant swimming pool.
However ; bedroom lighting bizarre. Bathroom ceiling very low (not for anyone with mobility problems), no shower, no bath mat, central heating radiator not working and occasional noise from below. No view from window.
However, great location and front of house, great food, and wonderful staff.

Really lovely place to relax and unwind. Staff amazing and all very friendly. My husband swam but neither of us used the gym. Food was amazing.

Lovely hotel. The bedroom was clean. The restaurant had a good selection of choice and the food was very tasty.

Accomodation was clean and good food albeit a little expensive. Went for a relaxing break but this was spoiled by dogs barking and dogs being allowed in the restaurant, not what you'd expect when paying over £150 per night.

Lovely staff and lovely food. The facilities were fantastic.
The only negative was that the central heating was not on or didn’t work but the radiators remained cold so no warm towels and the room was cold.
I heater was offered and accepted but never delivered.

Chose this hotel for nearness to Rye and a walk we wanted to do. It was a lucky find as it is a wonderful venue for a few days rest and recuperation.
Th building is well maintained and the spa is well set out and of good standard

We booked this hotel several years for our anniversary and again this time! Nothing much has changed and the bathroom is still not heated!
Apart from that everything was fine and the food has definitely improved!
Compliments to the chefs and the dining room staff!

The hotel itself is stunning and very clean, the gardens are beautiful and the staff are so friendly. The spa is gorgeous and very well organised. Its a very relaxed atmosphere and we will definatly return. Thank you flackley ash

The property itself was lovely and the food especially breakfast was first class. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside was noisy neighbour but that was just unlucky .
