Rosetta by Ferns, Sakhleshpur is inside a coffee plantation,just a few kilometres from NH75 and hands down the best trip out from Bengaluru. A quick 3 hour + drive from Bengaluru and you find yourself in a place where everything is taken care of. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent…greeted by a full team, the car parked, the luggage carried in, and then escorted to our rooms in an electric buggy. They have enough electric buggies to move around within the property, though I would strongly recommend walking around and exploring the 100-acre property . Breakfast was extensive, very good and delicious with a large time slot to suit everyone (served until 10.30am).The breakfast restaurant area, the ***ager and staff are amazing and very welcoming. They have really reflected high standards and quality of service in this place. What made this resort stand out was that the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms were spacious and beautiful with an added outdoor shower too. The decor elegant and tasteful. The beds were incredibly comfortable too and we had sound and undisturbed sleep. We had a wonderful stay at Rosetta and have recommended the place to family and ***y friends. They do have spa facilities, a small pool and bar and an activity centre for games. They have three restaurants on the property: Teatro (Breakfast and Lunch buffet), Amish (pure vegetarian) and Merchant of Spice (only dinner). The staff is exceptionally friendly at all three. The lunch buffet was a treat, each dish specially curated and full of flavours including the salads; one can see that they have some top notch and passionate chefs. Credit to the Resident ***ager Amit. Kudos for his leadership. Very professional and high standard protocols are being implemented in this resort. Before I close this review, I must mention that the Resident ***ager Amit happened to spot us at the resort ***** with a camera and binoculars and guessed that we could be keen birders. He sent Anusha (one of the staff) to track us in a buggy and then met us on the first evening. Being a keen birder himself he suggested a morning session of bird watching the following day. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the 3-to-4-hour outing and spotted over 40 + types of birds in and around the property with him. Thanks, and appreciation Amit for the great time. Special shout out to Anusha, Noor, Sandeep, Nihal, Kumar and a host of other staff who were always helpful and wanting to make the stay of guests memorable. My wife and I stayed here for two nights, and we were thoroughly impressed. Just go there, they are the best. A wonderful team with very high standards of hospitality. Can’t recommend this property enough!
