I got charged for 2 beds and to accommodate 4 people. But I got one bed and 2 keys. I also specifically selected this hotel and paid extra because it showed indoor pool available but it appeared to be closed. I never got any notification about changes even though I booked 2 months before the stay

We had a nice king suite, but it faced the highway. I have never been in a hotel where the traffic noise was so loud and constant. If it weren't for earplugs, I would not have slept at all. On top of the noise, the fire alarm went off at 5 am, a malfunction I was told. When we checked out, I told the clerk the noise was so bad I thought I was sleeping on the highway. I would advise not to stay here unless you get a room in the back.

Overall the hotel was good with the exception of housekeeping. I was extremely unhappy that my room was left open by cleaning and anyone could have walked into my room and taken whatever they wanted. Returned to my room at 9:00 at night to an open door. When notified of the issue the hotel management certainly didn't seem concerned about it.

Very impressed with the facility. Only complaint was the noise level. We were on the expressway side, the air conditioning was noisy, and we had an elephant stomping on the ceiling when trying to go to sleep.

Room items ,soap ,kleenex ice bucket liner not monitored for use in room.

for business hotel was perfect and 3 minutes from the morning appointment. convenient to the highway 23.

Terrible service, no housekeeping between nights, no help from front desk

I love this property but the complimentary breakfast has gone down hill. Over done food, stale muffins, over ripe bananas and coffee is more than bold! I love a dark roast but they have over done it of late. They are not always aware of running out of coffee.

The bathroom was not cleaned real good. When i walked in the first time there was a lot of hair on the floor. For a 2 night stay, housekeeping never came after the first night. Besides that everything else was perfect!
