Terrible experience. Our first night we got back to our hotel around 11 PM and there was no hot water in the shower. We had to wait for staff to come and fix it before we could shower and get to bed. Next morning we needed to leave early to take the train, however, the shower was not working at all. No hot water, no cold water, nothing. We had to travel home that morning, without being able to take a shower before we left. Not acceptable. We expressed our concern to Hilton staff, and they stated there was nothing they could do because it was booked through *******. When we expressed our concerns multiple times to *******, all they could do was offer a minimal amount of ******* points, which in my eyes is not sufficient for the price we paid for this hotel. For nearly $200 a night you would expect to have a working shower. I’ve been a using ******* for years and I am very disappointed with Hilton and *******.
