Avoid this place. They’re renovating but they should just knock down the building. Everything is in bad shape. Ceiling panel in the shower falling down and hung by tape. Pool deck had algae growing it was so bad. Pool was so chlorinated that my eyes watered just being in the area. The room itself just seemed like they had cleaned by bare minimums and they forgot to empty the trash. Gross overall.

The room was standard, tho clean, bed comfortable with decent pillows. Most of the hotel rooms are under renovation leaving only lower floors and or back of the building at a premium price. My 5th floor room, faced the rear wall and the lower roof level with an exhaust vent. It was for one night but $250 (with tax) for this?!

The hotel is being renovated so it is not at its best. The biggest disappoin**ent was having booked a king bed, we were given 2 double (not queen) beds, but evidently that was the fault of ******* not the hotel (they did not have any king beds left). A large cockroach flew out of the bedding. Perhaps kicked up by the renovation, or perhaps from a previous guest's luggage. Who knows? Otherwise the hotel was clean, the personnel friendly, and the location is very convenient, though a bit noisy in the evening before midnight.

The thermostat was broken in my room so there was no heat in the room - pretty cold. When I complained about this at checkout, they didn't even apologize. Instead, they wanted to know why I didn't call in a maintenance request during the night. (Because I was extremely tired and just wanted to go to bed.) I guess that's the Hilton strategy when someone complains: don't say sorry and blame the customer.

Terrible experience. Our first night we got back to our hotel around 11 PM and there was no hot water in the shower. We had to wait for staff to come and fix it before we could shower and get to bed. Next morning we needed to leave early to take the train, however, the shower was not working at all. No hot water, no cold water, nothing. We had to travel home that morning, without being able to take a shower before we left. Not acceptable. We expressed our concern to Hilton staff, and they stated there was nothing they could do because it was booked through *******. When we expressed our concerns multiple times to *******, all they could do was offer a minimal amount of ******* points, which in my eyes is not sufficient for the price we paid for this hotel. For nearly $200 a night you would expect to have a working shower. I’ve been a using ******* for years and I am very disappointed with Hilton and *******.

I’m really sad I can’t remember her name, but the woman who checked us in on Friday 3/31 around 10 PM was an absolute GODSEND. We were having the worst evening but she made me feel like it was going to be okay. She did everything with kindness while keeping it short and sweet knowing how exhausted my boyfriend and I were. She was absolutely wonderful.
